Hello guys. Can someone give me advices for fix or update both problems of the tittle?

Network Addon Mod is your answer.  Grab it while it's still hot.

As for the vehicle crashes, I wouldn't pay too much attention to it - it is mostly a graphical gimmick, there doesn't have to be anything wrong with your infrastructure.

I'm not sure, but I believe that NAM fixes this annoyance as well.

Ok man thanks for answer. Saddly the lastest version of NAM is not compatible with my game version. I have installed and very older version from Capitalism

Hm, I don't even know what it exactly is so I'm afraid I can't help now. 

The GOG version is best if you ask me. Up to date, easy to use.

If the NAM installer states your copy of SC4 is incompatible, then this will apply to any NAM version you might find.

What it’s really telling you, is that you have failed to install the official Maxis EP1 patch. This vital patch is important to ensure that the content of the NAM works as intended. There is nothing blocking the Installer from continuing, frankly you are better off with the latest NAM version.

If you have a disc-based version of SC4, you must manually patch the game with the EP1 patch (find it under STEX/Maxis Files on this site). Optionally, but also recommended is the NiteLighting patch.

Digital editions tend to be pre-patched, with the exception of Origin, who’s version is both unpatched and unpatchable. In fact the same is true for Mac users also.

The point being, there likely isn’t a problem with your game, simply that the patches are missing.
