Rob's Guide - Importing downloaded regions using SC4Mapper

I finally got around to making a very simple tutorial to help folks load downloaded regions from Simtropolis into SimCity 4 using SC4Mapper There may be other guides up here, but this is something that my viewers have requested for a long time, so I hope it's relatively clear and useful!

I had actually given up trying to figure out how to download most of the regions from here until i happened across your tutorial in my youtube recommendations. Sometimes figuring out all the new systems and tools for a game i start modding is just... a nightmare that burns my brain out at the end of the day. So thanks for this <3

If you have the NAM 42 installation files, the 4GB patch is included as a separate .exe at the root of the unzipped installation folder. Otherwise, the link is https://ntcore.com/?page_id=371
