You wanna know how to make a timed Prop? Maybe here's your answer... see attachment...
Or in short: make a regular Prop, convert the Prop from RTK1 to RTK4 (I use PIM-X to do that), add the value "Prop Time of Day Value 0x4a149631" to it, and set the time you want the Prop to appear like this: 10,13
So the Prop would appear between 10am and 1pm. That's about it. The Tutorial is much more detailed though. Have fun!

They still have Big Boy in Michigan, Although they are Elias Brothers Big Boy's and not Frischs. I think those are the franchise owners names?

One thing I don't plan to do is restaurants or gas station buildings. Way to much glass detail that it is beyond my skill. Thankfully, @pclark06 has been helping in that way.

I actually once had an IGA in my hometown, but it has changed names to Pittsburgh's Shop-N-Save.

Also have Bobs Big Boy I’m so.Cal. I think @pclark06 has plans to make a Frischs Big boy at some time.

Shoney’s also used to be Shoney’s Big Boy. Same with Eat n’ Park. I have zero idea if I will make a Big Boy in the near future, the statue is difficult.

Surprising amount of windows on that "little something" considering your last BATs!

I think you could use a bigger (higher-resolution) wall texture, though (brick?). The tiling is rather noticeable even at this zoom level.

Yeah, it's not an overwhelming amount though to where you'd expect to see things inside. The windows are actually smaller then some of my previous work or will wind up somewhat hidden.

So here's a progress update, minus better brick textures.... 

 

I've got to be honest, I haven't been in a BATting mode lately especially with large projects like this that aren't turning out as well as they could be. Finding the right textures for this particular BAT have been challenging. 

Don't expect this to be released anytime soon, I may need to take a pause on it.

Also Idk if you want to do this but maybe make some Plops for “click list” (Kroger online shopping).

I do have to ask does the stuff I added help make the texture look better? Because I admit it didn't look great before, but I actually feel it looks decent now.

I may honestly pull a 'take it or leave it' with this BAT after adding roof junk because I'm fairly satisfied with this.

I think it looks good. I mean there is a certain standard of quality here but we all should also remember that this isn't a college course, but a hobby for a video game.
