It looks great! Maybe the front sign/store signs could be created from a text spline for whatever program you are using, with Meijer's font, which is ITC Franklin Gothic Demi, but I can't wait.

Wow, that's an impressive lot for sure! What's that green building in the bottom left corner, though? I'm asking because I think it's not quite up to the standard set by the other models, unfortunately. As it is, it stands out pretty much and affects the otherwise rather cohesive look of the overall complex.

I see what you mean about the HESS not looking like the rest of the models. I'm not sure if there would be a suitable gas station replacement though as I was aiming for a gas station on a corner of an intersection type feel.

I'm not familiar with US retail and, hence, cannot judge which brands and brand combinations would be realistic and credible to the discerning downloader, but from a purely BAT-related perspective, wouldn't the gas station model you used on your Meijer lot do the trick? That would still leave the main building with the somewhat radioactive roof texture, though...

I used my Meijer gas pumps there and that wouldn't really make sense on this lot.

@T Wrecks many Retail Stores  have there own “fuel Stations” like the Kroger, Meijer and the Walmart neighborhood market aka just Walmart Pharmacy and Food Store. 99% of them fuel station are with there store brands, if there not there usely near it like the next street over, other then one 1 Kroger in Cincinnati there Fuel Station is 1 mike up the road. I hope this make sense and you understand what I mean. Have a great day!

@Evanjs: Thanks, that makes perfect sense (although it's a concept that doesn't seem to exist in my country). However, things start getting difficult when there's a multi-brand mall with two or three anchor stores, some restaurants and smaller stores - now which of the shops involved would have their fuel station on the premises? That's where I need to pass and leave the discussion of people who know what they're talking about.

@RRetail: Yeah, but havn't you made various versions of that model anyway? Couldn't you simply recolour it to a HESS livery?

I think I may be able to do some work with gas pumps, though I still may use the HESS gas station building. We'll see, perhaps I'll skip HESS and go straight to its successor Speedway.

Gas station brands and pictures of pumps would be welcomed and appreciated!

I somehow managed to make this Belk 2.0 in under 2 and a half hours. The only thing needed further is roof junk details.

I like them, except for the roof textures on the bottom two. I think personally you should use the roof texture from the Belk on all of them.

Honestly, I kind of like this texture. And because I already exported it and things turned out correctly, I don't plan to adjust the texture for these. I'll keep it in mind moving forward though.

It's ok, but try making the darker bits less dark.

Or the brighter bits less bright. But seriously, it looks a tad too contrasted and grainy IMO, and with all the whitish hues, it might end up standing out too much.

It kills me to ask this, and something tells me you may be in the process of it already, but I would love if "jobs" could be added to the lots. I'm not quite talented enough to know how to do that, and it could be an extremely cumbersome process for all I know. I'm so sorry if it's out of line to suggest, as I know you've spent countless hours making these unbelievably beautiful lots.

We never can have enough banks! What about a 5/3 “fifth third” bank? Like this
