Herein lies the problem: The short section of elevated rail between stations A and B narrows down to a single (bidirectional) path.

Is it possible to configure signalling for this section of track so that trains will only enter it if it's clear? :boggle:

Cheers.

not yet it think .. trains stop automaticly if a line is driven by a other train - dont know if this happends here to ?

Presitential traffic mod can do trafficlights for 2-3 or more junctions - may they find out how to traffic light trains but currently im dont know any mod that can signalling for trains .. but i have good hopes our modfreaks will do this one day :D

I'm sure it could be added to TM:PE. Ask the developer.

Trains will always make sure not to enter a segment of rail that there already is a train on. However, if the stretch of rail that is single-track is longer than one segment, multiple trains can enter the stretch and will end up running into each other, and then just stopping and blocking the rails. It's not currently possible to fix this problem.

When do we get underground tram stations? CO pls.

Well.. you can try tmpe's timed traffic light. I remember it can be done on the rail tracks as well. Calculate the time that the train travels on that section of rail. In the timed traffic light, set the timer as double the time +3-5 seconds buffer, so you can make sure the train will always have a clear path. Not sure would that work though.
