Just a suggestion. I imagine that's a lot more work on top of your already busy modeling schedule.

Yeah it does make sense, but it probably won't happen because I'm too lazy and I rather make entire new shops.

listening to podcasts: 4h
looking at memes: 26h
playing geoguessr: 3h
asset creation: 1h 37m 12s

Maybe somebody understands time management and can help me out here.

Seems pretty obvious to me how you could manage your time better. You should give up on asset creation. That way you will have 27h 37m 12s to look at memes.

Thanks for the texturing tutorial, it's awesome! I'll just have to find some workarounds because you're displaying a number of tools I don't think Gimp has (Photoshop masterrace!)

Tri count 13k is for the whole scene, this building is actually about 2.3k.

The Spiky Star Monument of Eternal Spikiness is really nice looking, is it going to be mounted on a pedestal or sitting on the ground?

Yeah the plant is gonna take a while...

The star is not on a pedestal right now, you can raise it up with move it though.

We're thinking of making a plaza for it as well but not sure.

Not sure how I'm going to edit it down, since there is a lot of boring UV mapping.

All I did for the texture was just the wood.

Actual tri count is 608, that tri count is because of the car in the scene.

 

 

AND HEYYYYY You can change Twitch display names now! So those who said they have some old names and can't change them to the ones they use on simtropolis, can finally change them.

Funny story: I started modelling this barn a few weeks back as one of a few farm related assets. Now I won't have to finish it!

March is going to be a month of decals.

I'm not sure if I can squeeze out a decal (or a decal set) every single day for 31 days, but we'll see.

Well depends on how long I can take it and when I run out of ideas, but it should be more than 31, since some will be a pack instead of a single one.

This picture was taken at less than 1fps  I have a pretty good pc (6700K@4.6, 16GB), except the GPU, which is an old 550 Ti, I am planning to upgrade but no idea if it will happen.
