    Update:

    - Fixed: "Water Required" error
    - Fixed: "Building already exists" error
    - Added: Preview images, thumbnails

Also note to self for updating assets that contain multiple crps.:

1a. Subscribe asset to be updated to get asset, save a local copy

1b. Unsub asset and keep only local copy

    2. Make changes on the asset (s)

    3. Take these assets and put in a folder that is NOT inside Asset folder

    4. Remove any copies in Asset folder

    5. Sub asset in Workshop

    6. Take kept assets and put them in main asset's folder during the upload

    7. Unsub, close the game

    8. Wait a bit

    9. Resub to see changes

    Texturing is handmade, obviously.

Whole process took 5 hours, so far.

Awesome work! Glad to see more people going for dirty stuff.

I wouldn't really expect a train to be green like that. Looks like it has been standing in a forrest area for some time. Usually it's grey/brown dirt down there from driving in the rain. Just my thougts!

Maybe it's my eyes since I fail to distinguish colors, but just in case I used this picture as reference:

    wKHENIa.jpg

Maybe I should play with the color palette and reduce opacity of dirt layers.

    Meanwhile car is in progress:

Yeah I suspected that, I remembered you said the same when you made Toronto Union in a green shade.

Just so you know, in the picture the dirt is a very desaturated dark brown, and you currently have it as green as moss. Let me know if you need help getting it right.

In fact, it's used more for freight than for passenger... even though the 26072 (still in use) is towing an "InterCité": https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_des_BB_26000

That explains a lot actually lol.

I was thinking to release cargo train set as well, so even the better. Thanks for the list btw, I can use it for livery variants

Are those new Shinkansen still coming to town :)?

Next Shinka will be E4 MAX quite possibly. But at the moment, i'm working on new TGV Euroduplex, since Workshop ones are outdated.

    Some update:

    I'm gonna talk about Euroduplex:

    I started to model from the back to the nose;

    Q5ZzbKl.png

It took couple of hours to make, but it was crap as you can see.

Then I decided to delete it and take it slow, start again, this time from the nose to the back.

Unlike the cheap model on top, this one took 2 days to finish, only the model:

    eLARxkc.png

    2Y8XVEu.png

It is tedious, it's painful and it's tiresome, but hey, it looks good. (I will simplify the geometry)

    BbTV10o.png

Model onfront is the my model with almost everything attached (except back gears, vipers and pantograph detailing (connectors and such)

Model on the back is the current duplex model on workshop, notice the bulky more "roundy" front, and wrong pantograph selection.

    Categories/Collections

    Greetings,

As of 10th December, SBB (Swiss Federal Railways), modified its timetables and reclassified regional, intercity and interregio networks. This gave me a idea to implement in Cities Skylines, especially for collections. As you probably know I will be less active in Workshop in terms of assets thus it will give me some room for recategorisation:

    1. InterCity Collection

    http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1230458490

Consists of all high speed trains released by me. These train are supposed to carry passengers from outside the map to the central hub or hubs located in the game map. They are the fastest of their category, with high acceleration and turning speed. The point is to deliver passengers to train station as quick as possible, in order not to bog down the existing network.

These trains have fair bit amount of triss count along with 2k textures (mostly) since the user is not supposed to use them extensively on local network.

    2. InterRegio Collection

    http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1230465735

Consists of all high-capacity trains released by me. These trains are especially made to carry high amount of passengers on local networks, mostly double deckers. That said, they can be used on outside connection since the train speeds are average, that sits between 160-220kmh.

Texture and triss count sits on average (maybe not already released ones but new ones) between 1k^2 or 1024x2048

    3. Regio Collection

    http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1230473532

Consists of all regional trains released by me. These trains are considered "small" and modular in terms of set size and has average speed of 120-160kmh. They should be used exclusively on local networks, since the passenger capacity is not as high as InterRegio or Intercity.

Texture and triss count are varied, depending on the train and its complexity.

    Categories/Collections

In the upcoming months, I will be releasing following assets (order doesn't matter):

    1. Siemens C2 - Munich, Germany (Metro Overhaul, Train (R))

    2. Shinkansen E4 Max - Japan (Train, (ICE))

    3. Siemens Desiro - Slovenia (Train, (R))

    4. TGV Lyria (Switzerland, (ICE))
