Yeah unfortunately there's no hospital that fits yet.

Maybe somebody who also got sick by the lack of fitting hospitals releases a quick temporary solution in shape of a small catholic elderly home soon ;)

Anyway, even though I allready told you via steam: Geogeous building, especially the roof parts! Cant wait to get home to sub^^

Nice to hear, still searching for a nice hospital with a helicopter landing pad myself for when the new dlc launches. :)

I like this most recent 2x2 office.

I have some of your buildings in my Little Italy neighborhood. It's coming along very slowly, but I have an intersection that's turning out pretty nice so far, and three of your buildings are in there, and that awesome Kress Building is not far away.

I may snap a couple of pictures and post them here.

I´d love to see them! Glad you liking my recent additions.

Here are some quick snaps of three of your buildings that go together very nicely I think. They're an iconic part of my very slowly developing Little Italy neighborhood. I need to fill in around them. I just have to find the right buildings to complement them.

They really do look great together! Gotta say I love making these 50-70 meter buildings. Chicago school buildings are also some of the easiest to model (and low poly). One more coming up!

Yea, I like the buildings this height and shorter as well.

My Little Italy neighborhood is kind of an extension of my Historic Oldtown District, which has some pretty tall buildings, but I don't want to go very tall in Little Italy. Those buildings of yours are the tallest in the neighborhood, and the majority of the other buildings around them are only 1-4 stories for the most part.

Any low and mid-rise buildings are always welcome.

Yeah, I kind of picked it based on how common this style is, height and buildinglot + I really liked the side.

Very nice building Darf! It took some help from google maps to realise that I had seen this building when I was in SF this summer. It caught my attention when I was taking a picture of the Wren Building. Are you still planning to do that building? Actually I shouldn't even care because all your creations are great, so keep up the good work!

Thanks! It's on my (way too large) to do list. Although pretty high up. I plan on doing a build of San Francisco. I think it has one of the most balanced skylines of the US. I will first focus on getting a larger project done though. Do you still have that picture? There doesn't seem to be a lot of pictures of the building on the internet and unfortunately I didn't take a picture when I was there. All of those pictures seem to be missing the top details.

Nice! I look forward to that. Is the larger project the condo project? Actually, I made two pictures of the building. I did find it hard to get it right because there were a lot of things in the way from every angle like tram catenary and other buildings. The quality isn't very high though, I took the pictures with my cell phone and that limits the quality a lot. On top of that, I'm far from a professional photographer. I'll send them to you in a PM so you can have a look yourself whether they will be useful to you.

I'm excited to hear you're tackling San Fran. The city I'm trying to build is a Southern California city, and there aren't many people doing Cali-style assets. San Fran is Northern California, but still, it's a lot closer than the majority of what's on the workshop.

On a side note, are you still doing CIM and CIM2 buildings, or did you do all you planned to on that?

I think there's an apartment that goes w2w with the one you posted call Mott Apartments. I don't know what it takes to do what you're doing, but I'm looking forward to whatever you upload.

Aside from that, I wondered if you had any plans to do any original buildings of your own design?

1908 parkview is stunning. The details on the gothic arches are very nice. And with te round protruding corner it is also a "departure from the usual" in Cim-buildings. Very nice!
