Glad you like it! It was a bit challenging to make this work with the games tendency to fill underground areas with a concrete foundation, but eventually I got it to show the two floors. :)

Looks very nice, how did you create the corner, is that a puzzle piece?

Good queston! It's part of the block :) I hate having to use separate pieces so l added extrusions on both sides:

They are low enough to be hidden under bridges/roads but still overlap the ground. Only did this on the US version.

That's quite clever, I'm going to give them a run in my city. :)

Thank you! I figure this could go well with metro assets :)

Currently working on a prototype station for this.

I'm wondering if there's a way to mod the 'no road connection' warning? It seems to be the only problem I've seen so far, even when it is in fact working.

Removed additional questions (took me a while to figure out it's basically a prop, not an asset with roads included)

Is it possible to mod the game to allow lower angle between two roads, between two train tracks... ? You mod is really nice, but the angle of the two roads is still really odd. :)

I have finally found an area where I can make use of your awesome canal set. I love it. It was a bit tricky to make the lower lock chamber fill with water most of the time, but the result is awesome.

Anyway, if you ever happen to have another look at this set, I would love to see a 12x4 without crane (it's a great model, but you cannot really use it more than once or twice) and an endcap.

Although I kind of like that you can take your rowboat to the ticket counter...

I agree about the crane, I added it for variety but now it's more a nuisance. :P

Yeah the locks a bit picky about water. 4 cells isn't really wide enough for water to flow well.

I was actually working on an endcap a while back but I'm not really happy with the design...

As I said, the piece with the crane is a good idea and does what it is advertised to do, break the monotony. However, I was thinking of extending the canal along a stretch of the city that uses housing blocks that are all 12 block squares, and there it's just a bit much.

Regarding your end piece design, it's fine as it is, even if it looks a bit grand. I would probably just cut it down to the center of those side stairs, have a normal wall there, and move the water outlet to that new wall. You can keep the stairs above the water outlet or have those start from the new corners as well. Or, even easier, just have the wall where that first band of three steps is, if you don't want to change much.

Thank you! I could remove the props and turn it into regular style, maybe the construction company finally finished their work. :D

I was having a hard time finding reference, if a canal is capped they usually just build a flat wall there (kinda boring).

Maybe I could tranform it into a small dock?

    (Would need extra texture space)

    That's an awesome image.

Concerning the 12x4, just removing the props sounds fine. Have this as additional piece, please, because I like the piece with the crane.

For the end piece, a blunt wall is fine. A dock sounds great. Sometimes, these end pieces are like "hammers", so the boats can turn around. Of course, those don't fit into the space between the roads, but that's not a problem most of the time.

Also, we need more "hofjes" to go with them ;). Let's see whether Eduardo will make some more.
