No road acces mod

Hi People.

I have question. Is there any mod or something elese to disable "no road acces"? You see, I'm useing SC4 to build cities wich looks nice...i have some roads wich are not game roads or streets. For example i have plugin with roads with parkings. They have acces to general roads from game, but when i build a building in front of this plugin-street with parking, building can't see this road. For building there are no road acces, and in time my building is empty, and turns into ruin. Can I switch this option off? I want put buildings anywhere i want, and not turn them into ruin? Can You help me good People? Thanks

You can open the cheat box and type TastyZots. But all these signs will disappear, the no roads, no power, no water, etc..

I suggest you to download the It's really useful, take a look.

The zots can be hidden, but the buildings will still become abandoned.  There is no way to turn this off; all residential buildings need road access.

If you use the NAM, the SAM 1 parking lots don't work like parking lots (but they look like them) but they provide road access and look pretty good.

Thanks:) I have already Extra Cheats, but like Indiana Joe said, this will only hide the signs of "no road access". I'll try the NAM, SAM1, maybe this will help for little. Thanks, greatings:)
