That above meme describes my first weeks of SC4 years back, I would cheat all the time! Shame, it took the fun out of it for me when I joined ST in 2010, then I started to really play it and didn't use that anymore.

You have to have the debugging library called 'extra cheats dll' then you can use the moolah command to reset the treasury to any value withing reason, like 9,999,999,999.
