Cant get SC4 to execute in fullscreen

Hi everyone, this is my first post. 

 

I want to play SC4 (Steam version) and I'm downloading all the fundamental fixes. When I execute it it wont go fullscreen and if i try to maximize the window, the window itself will go to the left side of the screen but will remain a window. I tried steam launch parameters and voodoo.

 

Can anyone help me?

First, remove the Steam launch parameters because they are obsolete and broken, then follow this tutorial.

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately, the problem persists. Below ill attach some images about it

 

1. How the program initiates

2. When i maximize

3. Voodoo config 1

4. Voodoo config 2

 

I have not touched any .ini files because looking at them they're already set to Fullscreen and 1920x1080 (my native resolution)

You need to configure the INI file for this mod

Note whilst you do have to tell dgVoodoo2 the resolution to run, you must also tell the game. Either via the DLL method or by adding the relevant launch options in Steam.
