It looks like some kind of hi-tech airship built by the aliens. Who knows?

There's usually a way, but I don't have the game so I wouldn't be able to try and do it. Unless someone (you perhaps) had the game files, it'd be possible to try an extract the 3d models and materials/texture out if it, load onto 3ds Max and export them

I do actually have the game, I'm just not very tech savvy when it comes to this stuff. Though I suppose I could probably find a video tutorial or the like.

I have shots of San Fransokyo from Big Hero 6. Spoilers ahead if you haven't seen it yet!

 

It's San Francisco blended with elements of modern-day Tokyo and the results give San Francisco somewhat of a futuristic edge.

 

 

 

 

Buoyant Air Turbines make an appearance in the movie-

That looks like a nice city to live in. I've been in San Francisco many times. I've never been to Tokyo before, but I think this blend is epic. That would very likely be the future of San Francisco, with Japanese immigration. Click on the images for enlargement.

I like to think the setting for San Fransokyo is part of the "Japanifornia" trope. This timeline might come from either a US defeat in WWII with Japan claiming influence in much of California; or the Japanese settled in California instead of the Spanish but unlike Spain the people in California retained the Japanese influence and even tried mirroring it.

 

Another example of the Japanifornia is found in the US releases of the Phoenix Wright games; the characters claim to be in Los Angeles but much of the culture and architecture is almost exactly like that of Japan's.

I would really like someone to recreate this city San Fransokyo in SC4, or even just some of the buildings. They would be good BAT and pretty useful too.

I can assure you the concept of wind turbines in the middle of a city will never happen. Those things are loud, really loud when they work. They would act as serious NIMBYs; provided the contractor was allowed to build them in a city on the first place.
