    Tomato soup with mozzarella-sprinkled garlic toast and a glass of milk.
     
    Well, I put so much sautéed vegetables, fat pasta, and aromatic herbs into the soup, it's looking more like a thick stew or even ratatouille.  At least the house now smells good.

    I agree that sweetened soda is bad stuff because of all the sugar.  Otherwise, not so bad.  I generally drink diet coke or ginger ale.
