Well, it is now nearly six o'clock.  I am going to have a controlled portion of chicken carbonara.  I am nursing my second diet coke of the day, but will probably have water with the chicken.  My ration of bacon for the month.  Yo!  Off to the nuke.

It is now 10PM, camomile tea with a tiny teaspoon of sugar added. Those double walled tea glasses are an amazing thing.

Oatmeal breakfast biscuits (made in the Netherlands, imported by President's Choice), and a glass of milk.

 

I never noticed before, but the 'Made in the Netherlands' mark is on the package.  These substitute nicely for a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, and have 180 Cal.  for three biscuits.  With a glass of milk a package of these makes an adequate breakfast.  You don't get hungry again for several hours.

A Diet Coke (and quick forum check ) to make work in the university library more fun. It always surprises me there is so much variation in the prices: in some vending machines at my uni Diet Coke is 1 euro, at other vending machines it is 0,70 euro. One has to know where the cheap vending machines are

a cup off tea from a pint sized. the only thing I ever drink near a computer. normally I like to drink fosters at my snooker club or a vodka with lemonade. I never eat in my room, if I did I would never leave it!
