Lunch: Shaved roast beef on an everything bagel with lettuce and mustard.  A small glass of pinot grigio.  Its a nice little white wine from Italy, somewhat better than the graves produced just across the Alps.

true to form, Starbuck's coffee. Regular coffee, with 2 shots of espresso added. I like my coffee strong enough to pass for North Korean nuclear material. Because I'm still a few drinks short of my Free Drink Of Great Price, I stayed at the $2 level. My espresso shots are usually free, because the employees at the shop in my town are friends and they hook me up.

I am having lunch.  First I uncovered the wurst.  Then I spread it all over. 

 

Liverwurst, that is, on an everything bagel.  I am sipping my special version of a 1-2-3-4 planter's punch with lime juice, maple syrup, rum, ice and tonic water.  It is hot here today, and this is a pretty fair cooler.  I can nurse it all afternoon.

I have been looking a whole month for Pringles sour cream and onion, and I finally found a supermarket that sells it! It was expensive, 3,25 for one pack of Pringles. It is worth the pleasure, however.

Diet coke is even worse than the normal coke. Artificial sweeteners like aspartame are very bad.
Don't drink either of them nor any other similar drink. you know it is bad for you so stop fooling yourself.
juice and water man keep it natural and don't destablize yourself because that's what their out for.

Haha, mine isn't waterproof, and I guess waterproof ones are very expensive in my country.

 

Boiled tap water is healthier than bottled mineral water. Guess why?

I only drink bottled water because my mother buys it and I don't have to pay for it and the tap is dirty and the sink isn't deep enough to fill any large vessel.

 

Used to drink coke copiously. These days I drink ale mostly, coffee and tea for hot beverages and rarely fruit juice.

I never drink bottled water, it's one of the strangest products ever. But I'm one of the few people, I live in a country with a very high consumption of bottled water (and it really doesn't taste better than tap water, nor is it safer - on the contrary!).

Bottled water is an out and out racket.  It costs more than gasoline, and it often has no benefits whatsoever except portability. 

 

Drinking bottled water at home is the height of stupidity.  For the cost of one case of bottled water you can get and maintain a filter pitcher.  If your house water is really no good, you should look into home filtration systems.

BTW, the original formulation for this stuff contained Coca leaves as well as Cola nut extract.  Wheeeee!
