Thanks all for your post. I'm not yet sure about the textures of the Community Tower. I'll try too give more glossy effect to the windows.

 

Okay, here some news of the Financial Center of Lexington. I haven't post pictures since a long time of this building.

I've reworked the nightlight of the floors and the Hall. Added omni light for the roof and this is the result :

Great once again! The omni light on the roof looks perfect to me. The office windows seem to have too much glare for my taste, though. They give off strange light streaks across the building. The lobby design and lighting is superb in principle, but I think you could tone the lights down somewhat.

Hello every body, thanks as always, your advices are so important and useful .

Like T Wrecks has explained, the light was too glare for the offices levels and the Hall. The mistake is already fixed .

Hello guys, here just an small update of the Lexington Financial Center... with blue light

I'm waiting your opinion to finalised the exportation of the night version . The building can be upload on the STEX during the week or the week end

Amazing job. Really appreciate the job you are doing with these buildings and thanks for the great contributions to this site. If it wasn't for you guys I probably would have stopped playing years ago but these amazing buildings and mods keep the game enjoyable. Great job

Here some updates for the Community Building, I've begun the night light. I try to make an inside lighting, I think it's better than the self illumination since I've use this technic for the 605 Third Avenue with the NYBT.

Some work need to be done for the First National Bank of Hollywood, mainly on the copper, and I'll try to begun the night version tomorrow
