I will waive the two post rule if it is necessary for the winner to post the next image when their post would normally be a breach of the rule.

In general, everyone should stick to the two post rule. I am not yet convinced that it should be broken to announce a winner, however I will keep an open mind if the rule is broken after a while of waiting for the result. This way it may keep the guesses coming, and at least give people a chance to guess, even if they are still going to be wrong.

I can tell you're right, dazza, but there's something wrong with the photo.

It has been flipped, because there is no way for the station to be on the right side with those office towers still in the background.

Using Google Earth as reference, the photo seems to be taken from the city administration building. http://goo.gl/maps/CRlZ

Might be a little unfair to change pictures in such a way?
