The dock is already released, it's included in the same zip file as the ships. However, its icon isn't located next to the ship icons, its a little further down.

EDIT:

It was suggested that I not speak negatively concerning the group holding the blue copy of the building, and I respect that request.

I sought to follow the directions of the group controlling the blue version of the building. For the benefit of anyone else wanting a copy, this is my understanding of how to acquire said 'Blue Building':

One must have an active CJ and request for their fictional CJ story to be merged and intertwined with the stories of the collective CJ body of the group controlling rights to that particular building. After an approval process that takes place in real life, the blue building becomes a headquarters for their fictional account of the CJ alliance.

At this time, I have a CJ I'm considering making based upon the Whatcom County terrain I have ported from USGIS to SimCity format. The land area is ... really big. 40 x 108 small cities. A CJ based on that area is non-trivial for me at this time.

But if someone already has an active CJ and interest in having their fictional story intertwine with the collaberative story of the group, the Blue version of the building presents an opportunity.

Just a quick note for those who may not check Japanese links regularly...ks has updated his website with a new easy layout and new address.  The great works of ks can now be found at http://one.elley.jp/

While you are there, oogle the amazing upcoming projects and download some new great Tokyo BATs:  the Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka, the Toshiba Building, and the Shinjuku Nomura Building.  Omigosh, I once made a scurk of the Akasaka Prince Hotel...this is so cool to see it again!

I got in e-mail something about these tubes similar to Futurama, and I think that they would look nice on my sci-fi city there (also pageflip bug fix, hopefully)
