It's part of the Street Add-on Mod. And to get a culdesac, you will need the NAM Retexture and Cosmetic Mod-North American Version (Windows) 1. Be careful though. Download the SAM first, then the NAM Retexture and Cosmetic Mod-North American Version (Windows) 1, which works with SAM.

Well,

I must admit, the cul-de-sacs are one of my favorite things about the Street Addon Mod.

Those are both from a semi-work in progress city called Greater Arbor, a city being built to 'compliment' Arbor Penninsula. Now here's a picture from one of the newer, neighborhoods built a bit further from the city (of Minnetrista) propper, built in the grid style of early suburbs:

Good job guys; and nice work, Io_bg, with that last shot in particular. You made good use of the AVE-2, trees, and hills, and the overall result looks amazing.

Finally, my suburbs look superb! Here y'all go!

Even on boring layouts, Mattb325's houses make the layouts look amazing! But it is gone now. I had to reinstall and only saved my plugins.

Actually, these are just R$$ houses shown, and they grow easily. Wait till you see the real mansions. I recreated the suburb too, since I lost it.

I have another picture of my new suburb. Here you all go!

It's mostly middle class, and I have added a whole bunch of RLS mansions behind that brown house with the 3 fire places. They are prestigious homes that start and 3,845sqft and $534,000, to a 5,600sqft house, I'm actually serious, those houses would be that size in real life, and that one comes at almost $1,000,000.
