So its Blackberry Fur Inlet Hills?

Sorry, for being a bit silly. Nice but small updates these hardly keep me alive. So please do not let me starve and send in more updates.....9.gif

Nice those Jeronij seawalls aren't they.

Long time lurker first time poster.
I have been lurking around Green Deora for a while and I must say. I love this city/region. It is probablty the best CJ i have read so far and so much detail is put into each and every part of the region.

Those concert grounds go really well in the settings. I downloaded them off the stex a while back but have never used them.

Sorry, this was actually a tripple post! Please excuse this. I'm not used to using IE (very slow for my wireless connection), I normally use Firefox however, i have a very minimal battery life on my laptop and FF uses alot of it. Also please excuse any misspelled words. Its 11:30pm here and i'm meant to be asleep so I can't turn my light but i'm on my laptop on here. Sorry again.43.gif

I was on Wikipedia just before and i decided to type in SimCity 4 into the search box, the info came up and I saw a section on City Journals and yours was added to the list by someone. Here is the list of all that were added.

Wellington-Hutt Valley The Berlin Region St. Marque Inlet Sculpting Columbia River Olympia Nexis of Genesis Dynasty City of Edmonton The Empire of Chaumont Inter-Nations: Pakkusena Cordova Green Depra

I guess that proves what CJ's are the best of the best. Great job. You've impressed somebody that much that they added it!

    THanks guys for your nice comments, tomorrow is my last day of school for the year so there will be many updates heading your way.

    I know I've been a bit slow on the updates but I hope its worth it!

    <ahttp://www.imgcity.net/server/primary/update22.jpg align=baseline>

    Fur Hills is becoming more and more varied, and recently a new bach of housing has been set up.

    Not only that but a new GLR network has been set up!

    It uses the classic Melbournian W-Class Tram.

    I hope you all enjoy these several mosaics...

    <ahttp://www.imgcity.net/server/primary/mosaic1flip.jpg align=baseline>

    <ahttp://www.imgcity.net/server/primary/mosaic2.jpg align=baseline>

    <ahttp://www.imgcity.net/server/primary/mosaic3.jpg align=baseline>

    <ahttp://www.imgcity.net/server/primary/mosaic4.jpg align=baseline>

     A pretty different syle for Green Depra, this land is a hub for Red Depra Immigrants, and with them they have brought their european style to the land.  THis is competing with a more American stlye Gold Depra Immigrants, this is developing a unique style to Green Depra.  A style of clashing between Nature, European and American, plus a dash of Australian!

    Lets look at the town, and the tram rail...

    <ahttp://www.imgcity.net/server/primary/Fur1.jpg align=baseline>

     And an overview of the Gold Town nicknamed Fur Village...

    <ahttp://www.imgcity.net/server/primary/Fur2.jpg align=baseline>

     Well, this was a very visual update, so I'm sorry to all those looking for more on the story, but that will come later...

     Several visual update will follow, including the comercial development of Green River, and the new seaport in Blackberry Inlet.

    Thanks for your comments guys, I will answer them very soon!

    Thank you Chocolatemax for saving me from starvation.

    Big update I feel completely refreshed now!
    Very nice and drowsy this town is.
    Nice tram line you've got it looks very European indeed. I also like those roundabouts, 1 of the road, one of the tram and one of tarmac.
    My complements how you worked with the clinic and the church putting those parking places around it and connecting them to the roads.
    I would not mind living in this town (as long as it is not next to that noisy tramway 2.gif)

    knarfmo Thanks, I'm glad you like my CJ.  Oh, thats a good idea, lots and lots of trombones!

    lakeyboy Hey lakeyboy!  Thanks for your gracious comments!  Yeah, those parade lots took me a long time, but I really wanted to get them right so it was worth it. The stage can be found  here.   Its just a prop, so you have to make the lot yourself, like I did. Its quite a nice one, and like you I searched for it for a long, long time. Cheers mate. 48.gif

    pipishere Thanks, if you liked that tiny one then I'm sure you're going to like the huge one! Cya mate.

    SYM Productions Hahaha, I know what you mean, I want to move there sometimes too!  Its great to know you drool over the huge pic so much!

    sim1234 Thank heaps!  And thanks for opening the page!  Congradulations on becoming a resident! 9.gif

    Darmok Thanks, I hope you like the update, and the ones to come!  Cheers.

    Shadow_Assassin Yay!  Thanks for telling me, I just hit 10219!  Thats really cool! 19.gif

    Cjah Thanks, its great that you popped by!  Thanks for your gracious comments and I hope to see you back again!

    Nik-nik Hehehe, yeah, its a bit of both!  Sorry for the small preview, I was going to post it, but then I stuffed up several of the pictures and so wanted to go back to edit them!  I only ended up with time for a preview.  Yep, those are Jeronij's seawalls, I like them, they work great in my cities I think! Cheers.

    twistie Hello! Welcome to the CJ and thanks very, very much for your gracious comments! I'm glad you liked it.  And you wouldn't be the first to tripple post on simtropolis!  I hate IE, it always stuffs up, unfortunately I need it to update my CJs, but I'm still a firefox man myself!  2.gif I hope to see you around!  Cheers.
    jacqulina Thanks, I'm really glad you liked it!

    lakeyboy Wow!  Holy Cow!  Thats awsome!  I'll have to look at that myself.  What an honour, I wonder who did that?  A huge thanks to whoever did it, its an honour!  29.gif And thanks for the great find Lakeyboy! 9.gif

    Nik-nik (after the update!) You're welcome!  I'm glad you liked it!  And you sure replied quickly!  18.gif Yeah, I was going for a slow and casual look, and I wouldn't mind living there myself!  ANd it was alot of fun adding those parking places in!  Glad you noticed!  Cheers mate. 9.gif

    Thanks everyone! 9.gif

    It is.....just.....beautiful.6.gif

    btw, the style of architecture and city looks quite French. Is Greed Depra modeled after somewhere/something?

    Choco, you're really making me jealous here. Your region shot is amazing---the trees and clearings alone are so cool I could stare at them all day.

    You've got a great thing going here. Keep it up!

    Choco, those mosaics are so inviting and peaceful! It's incredible. I wouldn't want to live near the EL though 2.gif , but anywhere else is so green and serene! And we can almost smell the pines! 36.gif
    Great work mate!
    Take care

    Great work with these mosaics, choco! Not only the GLR but also the PEG trails with the fountain in between the houses and the roundabout at the GLR station. Great overall layout, and I must say I ALLWAYS enjoy the region view of your great terraforming work!

     2ch.net simplayer Thankyou very much!  I'm really glad that you liked it.  No, Green Depra is just designed out of my head! 18.gif But I've gone for a mixed european style, with a bit of french added in!  9.gif Cheers!

    louisville327 Thankyou!  Creating those trees took forever but it was a bit of fun! I'm glad that you liked it!  Thanks mate, although my cities don't compare to those of Eureka! 19.gif

    Micah Thankyou very much for your compliments!  I'm really happy that you enjoyed the region view.

    ElmarO Thankyou!  Thats exactly what I was aiming for, a peacful village for a peaceful country life!

    Eastwinn Thankyou for your compliments!  I'm glad that you liked the update. 9.gif

    Darmok Hey Darmok, thanks!  I really wanted to make a peaceful village.  I though that would suit Green Depra's style alot. 48.gif Thankyou for your compliments, I really appreciate them!  Oh, I love the smell of pines! I wish we had more of them in Australia, but I agree, the elevated rail would be loud, although it wouldn't be too bad considering the small trams which drive on it! 2.gif Cheers.

    sim1234 Thanks mate! I'm glad you liked it!

    pipishere Thankyou very much!  Glad you liked the mosaics, and its good that I have a little bit of realism too!

    Nardo69 Thanks Bernhard! Thanks, I wanted to get this area very detailed and delicate, so I added many trails and trees!  Its great to hear you enjoy my region view!  Thanks for your compliments!  cya around mate! 9.gif

    sharkbait16 Thanks, I just up the contrast a bit in photoshop.  Cheers. 48.gif

    baller23 Thankyou!  I'm glad you liked the GLR because it was the first time I used it, and I wasn't sure if it looked okay!

    Thanks for your comments everyone!

    Now, I am prowd to present a few more resident awards!! Congradulations to all the people who got them!  I know there are only three, but there are another two coming, probably with the next update, or the one after that!
