It sucks some of these  may never see the light, especially the Indoor storage facility, the billboards, and the plastics factory which I think may be the best representation of a generic American factory I've seen.

Nice video - the guy certainly can model.

I've seen requests on his you-tube channel to release the stuff, so you never know, maybe if you ask him nicely enough (although the video says 2015, it looks like this content might pre-date that, so he may not have it any more).....

I'll throw an album of my work into this thread now, I'm quite sure none of it will make its way to being really 'complete' - I haven't the propensity to see them finished

hm. I'll see what I can for you, maybe even release some of them publicly if anyone else wanted to take a crack at it. Might take a minute to scrounge up all my files (I'm very disorganized) for sure I can gather Commerce Court West, 1 King West, but some others are lost - either permanently or just on some drive somewhere that I can't find. If only I had started cloud saving I could still have a relatively complete model of Commerce Court North, oh well...

The glass buildings in images 2 and 3 would be fantastic. @kellydale2003 is working on a lot of Toronto buildings, this may interest him...

I can definitely complete these models for you while giving you credit.

Both 1 King and Commerce are on my list of things to do. Not sure if you've noticed, but I already completed King's next door neighbour: 11 King St. Your building is in the centre, mine's on the right. Your other two BATs are on the far right.

And don't worry about the textures. Those can be re-done!

Certainly! of course if you can make sense of my ridiculously amateurish models--  I mean rather I don't want anyone to feel obligated to finish my half-baked work, there's still a lot of actual modelling needing to be done aside from the textures. I will though include the textures I have done but you can discard them outright of course, texturing has always been the hardest part IMO and mine are pretty meh... anyway, Im rambling this out in hopes Simtrop stays up long enough for me to post. I'll try to post a dropbox link (or maybe just STEX) sometime this weekend for everyone to download Commerce Court and 1 King

A few other buildings to be added to the wall of shame. Some buildings and props from Havana, Cuba and the Opera house of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. These were made a looong time ago by Peterycristi and were showcased on SC4 Devotion.

I am looking for a generous hand. Peterycristi and I discussed in 2017 about the possibility of finishing and sharing these files. There are a few German buildings as well in that collection, but I couldn't share the pictures here. Unfortunately, he has been MIA for a while and I was looking to get in touch with him. Does anyone have his contact? (facebook, e-mail, etc.) ? Thanks a lot!

Hate seeing this thread pop up, so so so many amazing BATs we never saw in our games.

Girafe was in the progress of near releasing some of the finest works known to man, a few towers from La Defence, the Russian Tower and the wonderful Gherkin.

I think it's mainly due to the fact that I don't like much the texturing process, I am not that good for that and get bored or discouraged quite quickly

These are amazing, I'd take them "AS-IS" in a heartbeat.

Especially the Shanghai Tower... considering this is the second time we've seen this building pop up in the last month ( @korver's True Earth: China).  Really would love to see this one (and the others of course) on the STEX.

@Girafe I appreciate your discouragement but those are magnificent models. I'd love to use them in my Passau Island development, unfortunately I'm no help in regard to assisting with the texturing. Hopefully someone would be willing to assist, they'd be a magnificent addition to the community.

Some of the NYBT team, Darknono and PGBV. Darkno gave us SO much..sadly PGBV left of a lot of finished and unfinished off the table.
