Looking good! What's with the wall around the backyard, though? That funky diagonal dividing line between grey and red can't be intentional...

The grey thing is the stairs, it's really close to the wall and the reason that the stairs show up though the wall is because the wall is just a polygon I have not mad the other side of the wall some the wall has just one face and that's for the inside of the back of the building not the outside of it. I could add the other side of the wall so the concrete stairs will not show op on the other side.

Yeah, you should really model the other side of the wall...if there's no building next to it it looks a bit odd .

That lower part of the building should not matter because it should not be seen sense it will be underground. The basement part of the building is below 0.0m on the Z axis, and this will not be a slope friendly building.

Yeah, I didn't realise before yesterday (when I had another look at the picture) that the courtyard is below ground level. That changes things, of course...

Just out of curiosity, and this is not really a request per say, just a question (but wouldn't object you considering it one), have you ever thought about making NY brownstones like found in Greenwich Village, Brooklyn, etc?

41 Park Avenue

I'm sorry for being to to slow, I took a break from batting I have to rest to guys. Right now this is the night render to the second building and next I will need to get to the other two buildings.

And I'm also sorry for no new bats.

In the night render, it looks like there are a couple of windows that are lit up at one side of a building corner, but when you go to the other side (in effect, turning 90 degrees around said corner), what would be the other window in that corner of the room is not lit up. In fact, I can count eight instances of another window needing to be lit if those rooms are indeed corner rooms (which I would guess they are, since both are lit on other floors/storys).

no troubles dude... progress is always a good thing but to get the breath of refreshed soul to continue the projects in better frame-of-mind, is just as good... like what I see but look into what madhatter pointed out as it is a rather odd thing...

just a note: if you should decide to 'retire', that you'll finish any projects before hanging it up... as a few of my 'favorite' batters had god projects in progress and then RL swallowed 'em up; it kinda sucks but its also the nature of hobby...

41 Park Avenue

Here's the night on the 3rd 41 Park Avenue building, all the buildings will face the same direction and what I mean there are not flipped like I did the last two version of the Johnson Apartments. The day render is the 4th 41 Park Avenue, all I have to do is move around the objects on the terraces.

I'm going to use both types of bricks, there is four models 2 of them are the models you've posted and I have the white one and the tan one. Do you want me to change the brick to a darker brown on this model?

This one below is the same color as the original building yea the real thing. This one is Named NYBT 41 Park avenue01.

The new one looks yummy. Anything with a water tower is swell in my book.

Just curious about your red and blue "markers" on the base ground plane - they look like you use them for measurements of a sort, just curious as to what they're measuring...
