Despite living in California for 99.999% of my life, I've never been to Legoland California, so I can't say that they have any nice stuff there.

Have you any goals for next year? I kinda do...

Get Saturnia published.

What do you think about getting snipped like I'm about to.

To not spend all my money until I get to Legoland California.

Does Legoland California have a good selection in their store, or am I best going to another Lego store in California?

Ive been there, and it's worth the trip. Don't care about the store, but it's a great place to visit.

I'm well travelled. I've been to Japan twice, and the UK, France, Belgium, and Germany all once. If you can count international airports, I've been to Singapore and Hong Kong too.

I'll be adding Canada and United States to that list too soon.

Would you rather live the rest of your life in the country you live right now, or live in another country?

No, I was in Japan when it happened.  I should only miss two more Super Bowls though.  I saw the replay.  I was kinda hoping the Cards would pull that one out because the Steelers have already won a ton of Super Bowls.  I like to see someone new.

None of those, since the doping scandals I lost interest with cycling races in general.

What is your favourite music genre and why?

I have no particular favourite; I listen to just about anything. (Plus, I find it an impossible task to pinpoint a genre that I like because there's too many to pin down and also because what I listen is peculiar and spans a vast range.)

What's the highest off of the ground you've been? Not counting tall buildings, I'm talking being suspended in the air (like on a gondola lift) or being in an aircraft or (if you're daring) free-falling.

I have a picture from an airplane I was on earlier this year where the screen in the seat in front of me said our current altitude was 39,003 feet. Dunno if that's quite the highest since most plane rides I've taken have not had such a feature.

The tallest building I've ever been to the top of is the Empire State Building, so 1,250 feet there.

What's the deepest underground that you have been? (tunnels under mountains count)

The deepest that I have ever been is a parkade 6 stories below the ground, which is not that much in a sense.

What was the coldest place you have ever been?

I used to like Huey Lewis and the News' stuff when I was really young in the 80s, because I liked the Back to the Future movies and the songs were in those.  Van Halen's Jump stands out in my mind, too.

NMUSpidey, you forgot to post the next question :P

That's nothing! That's just a cool day in the Netherlands. At this time of the year, we are glad if we get up to even 5°C. The lowest temperature I've ever been through was like -12°C. Now THAT'S cold...

What's the most memorable drive you've made?

Nah, we were just too used to 30-35° temperature, so we had to wear double jackets... :P

And for your question, I am still too young to drive, so unanswerable. :P

What will you do this week?

Probably learning for school... Friday I'll be going to the cinema. That's not really interesting. However next week I will be going to Austria Skiing!

My favorite game franchises aside from Simcity are Empire Earth and Command & Conquer. Empire Earth: The Art of Conquest and Tiberian Sun: Firestorm are the most epic RTS games I've ever played.

What's the best cartoon series you've even seen?

"If you try to please everybody, you often times end up pleasing nobody, especially yourself. When somebody offers to do a favor for free, like making a mod for SimCity 4, you shouldn't be overly critical of something generously given to you. In other words, you shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth." - Twilight Sparkle after playing SimCity

"Being a mayor or a content creator for SimCity 4 is a heavy responsibility, Patrick. Each city and each custom content is like a child, and must be treated as such." - SpongeBob Squarepants after playing SimCity

Hmmm, that's a tough one. Part of me wants to say MLP, part of me wants to say The Clone Wars, part of me wants to say Erky and Perky, and part of me wants to say Super Hero Squad Show. They're all good, but since I can't choose between them, I'm going to go with Pingu. Nothing can top Pingu.

What is your favourite movie that isn't part of a series?

That's a difficult one...  There are so many places that I want to visit... Either Hong Kong, Tokyo or Singapore...

I cannot chose.

What is highest temperature you've ever experienced?

Mine was 48 degrees Celsius in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.

176 degrees Fahrenheit, that was the inside of my armor during my deployment in Iraq, it was 126 outside.

What is your favorite movie? Or movie saga?

It's also hard for me to pinpoint one particular favourite movie as well. I'd say The Adjustment Bureau, The Avengers and the Iron Man trilogy.

Do you prefer a place's endonym (Deutschland) or a place's exonym (Germany)?

Depends on the place name in question, but only for cities. If I can't pronounce the endonym, I use the exonym. However, the only exceptions to this are common dutch ("Nederlands") exonyms for Paris ("Parijs"), London ("Londen"), Praha ("Praag"), Wien ("Wenen"), Roma ("Rome"), Athena ("Athene") and Berlin ("Berlijn"). However, there are some common dutch exonyms I don't use and I prefer the exonym, like "Kopenhagen" (København, Denmark), "Gothenburg" (Göteborg, Sweden), "Keulen" (Köln, Germany. But they sound the same), "Luik" (Liège, Belgium. "Luik" sounds so... uncivilised), "Bergen" (Mons, Belgium), "Doornik" (Tournai, Belgium), "Stettin" (Szczeczin, Poland) "Peking" (Beijing), and a common one for Flemish people amongst us, "Rijssel" (Lille, France).

For countries I prefer to use the exonym... except for Belarus. I like "Belarus" more than "Wit-Rusland".

Related to this, how many foreign endonyms do you know?
