I can think of a few things.  I'd want to work more on my writing.  I have several more ideas for different novels, as well as rewrites/expansions on the ones I've written for my old city journals.  I'd love to explore the entire coastline of the Great Lakes, visit the Grand Canyon, and drive the Alaska Highway.  I'd also like to go from darn good at Japanese to fluent in Japanese.

 

What is your favorite sport to participate in?  Why do you enjoy it?

I don't like sports.  I do indivual things like biking, running, lifting weights.  I have zero interest in team sports.

Do you know how to speak more than one language fluently.  If you do, why did you learn the second language?

No, unfortunately.  I wanted to learn French because I like it, but one thing lead to another and I stopped.  C'est la vie.

I had a taste of my ideal lifestyle during the lockdown: Spending time with the kids for a little while in the mornings and then writing for hours and hours after that. I got so much done and now I have a vision of the life I should be leading, instead of wasting what's left of my life working in a field I have absolutely no passion for.

A Suzuki Esteem. I was looking for something easy on gas, and this sweet old couple drove it up and I bought it. The driver side door handle snapped off 2 minutes after they drove off. must have Superglue-d it on.

I think he/she wouldn't profit anything, because I think that a person without soul has lost his/her humanity.

Ist there a (unwritten) dress code for elderly people in your country? Can they wear the same clothes as teens or would it look strange? And on the beach can elderly people wear the same bathing clothes as twenty years old or would it look strange to others?

In the past, yes, it existed that non-written code. But nowadays I see some elderly people -especially females- dressing even more modern than the youngsters. Others are still dressing like in the seventies, but that's personal choice and both are well accepted. And they can wear the same swimsuits as young people. In fact, they don't even have to wear them since topless and nudity are usually accepted both legally and socially (only on the beach, of course)

I like the flag of the european union with twelve yellow stars on a blue ground. As those are twelve stars you can use the flag as a clock or you may use it to help to remember which month of the year it is. Or use it for orientation to divide a cream cake into twelve equal pieces. Or you may name each star after one apostle and so you could remember all twelve apostle with the help oft this flag. So this flag seems very usefull.

What is your favorite season, (Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall) and why?

It used to be Winter due to skiing, Christmas and snow. Now that I'm older and world is snowless and no longer so magical and carefree, I prefer summer and spring as it is the best season to go out, take a walk, perhaps meet some new people and generally not waste time at home.

According to you, is there any objective recipe or checklist that guarantees happiness? Or is it something fluid and generally undefined?
