If you could learn any language, what would it be?

Japanese, I'm learning it now, but progress is very slow. I have to do it all by myself and no real help from others, and yes, I do it in my free time. I find it a fun language to learn though. I don't have that with French and German.

God yes! Speak German as a "second first language" and am staying French too.

2.  I speak English fluently and my Japanese level has surprised me this year.  I wouldn't call myself fluent and I can't write very well using it, but I'm as funny and clever in Japanese as I am in English.  There was once a time when I was funny and clever in French, but those days are long behind me.

 

What are a few things you hope to accomplish in the next five years?

I plan to graduate in university, traveling around the world and start my professional life well.

Um, pork, beef or chicken intestines. Best served smoked (isaw) or cooked (dinuguan). Btw, dinuguan is also a combination of more obscure food, like liver, heart and blood.

Yes.  I'm returning to the US!  I hope I can either become a professional novelist or keep teaching back there.  I'd be happy either way.

1810 Resturante.  A Mexican restaurant (actually in Mexico).  They serve pretty good food.  I had the shrimp wrapped in bacon (yummy).
