Hoooooooooooooooooooooo, now THAT is a good question.  Let's see, Airplane!, The Naked Gun, Top Secret, Galaxy Quest, Mallrats, Clerks, American Pie 1 & 2, The Hangover, Monty Python's Life of Brian, Monty Python and The Holy Grail, the first Ace Ventura movie, Animal House, Team America: World Police, and South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut.  I liked Mallrats the best of all of Kevin Smith's movies because it's the heaviest on comic book geekery and there are some great one-liners in it.  I haven't decided if I like Animal House or the American Pie movies better, but I'm leaning towards American Pie because it's my generation and they're based in Michigan (my home state).  Abrams/Zucker/Abrams movies are almost all always hilarious, but the three I listed I hold ankles above heads higher than their others.  Hm, that doesn't sound right.  I like South Park better than Team America, but Parker and Stone make me laugh a lot.  I would probably say that Galaxy Quest is my all-time favorite comedy and I think that it is probably the single most underrated movie ever, with Ace Ventura coming in a close second and the rest sharing close third and fourth places.  Honors for everyone!

I'm not a fan of anything too "crass", it's just cheap and I'll thought out. Eddie Murphy movies like Norbit come to mind.

Also agreeing with Schul here, Adam Sandler movies (except Billy Madison and that golf one) wore tired quickly.
