The unrealistic demographics - the population ages after 'new' sims stop moving in and gets skewed toward the old age, were as in real life the population average age will fluctuate according to birth and death rates over the years.

 

 

Do you like the mass transit systems in SC4?

The Maxis ones? No. But Deadwoods' RTMT is extremely handy and the GLR systems are very handy especially for my smaller cities.

English. The teachers always think their class is the most important of all. They assign the greatest amount of and most time intensive homework, even though everyone has other classes to worry about, too. It doesn't help that the only English teacher I ever liked left about halfway through the year on maternity leave, either.
