That's a difficult one... I think Nepal's one look interesting...

Do you have trouble waking up in the morning?

I'm usually in bed between 10:30 and 11:30 at night.  Wow, using the Japanese keyboard, it's really easy to type :. :::::::: and I never had to hit the shift key once.

What country's keyboard are you using?  Did you know that they're a little different in different countries?

Have you been at a conference room?

Yes.

Are you working at your ideal job now?  If not, what is your job and why is it not ideal.?  If still in school, what would you say your ideal job is?

I've applied for volunteer work over at an aerospace museum for the summer (the family business has slowed and I need to be doing something else with summer classes). I was supposed to meet with one of the directors but he was sick and i'm expecting a second call from him. I really want to do this since I love aircraft and it gives me an opportunity to build a resume.

Are you taking classes of any kind? If so, are you enjoying it?

I did take some architecture and Japanese classes at the University (I'm currently in break) and I quite enjoy it a lot.

Did you take a language course, other than english, while at your university?

I minored in French and studied abroad in Japanese and my wife and I took a semester of Mandarin the final semester before graduation.  It was totally fun, and the other students were jealous in Mandarin class because we could write the kanji like pros (it's not called kanji in Chinese, but I can't remember what it's called) and they couldn't.  I can speak English and Japanese with some proficiency, but my French is long since buried deep in my mind and one semester of Mandarin is not even enough to order a cheeseburger in Beijing.

Can you speak three or more languages?  If not, do you want to?  Which ones and why?

I speak English fluently as well as German to a reasonable degree, and am studying French.

What is the most languages you knew someone could speak? A friend of mine spoke 5 and an ex 4 (both from Switzerland, funnily enough).

Two. Usually I meet people who speak two languages but different people will speak different languages. When I lived in San Jose, I heard lots of people speaking Spanish, Vietnamese and Chinese. Where I live in Sacramento, I hear more people speak Russian and Ukrainian.

Would you say you live in an area with a lot of diversity?

No. Suburban purgatory is not diverse in the slightest. Philly is, though.

Do you have any STEX files?

I do not.  Just not enough time in the day with my other responsibilities.

What is you favorite STEX file that you have downloaded (not including NAM).

Either the two-part Shinjuku Station, the two-part Shibuya Station, or the New York Times Building.  I like the Cobb residential buildings a lot, too, though.

How about you?  What's your favorite non-NAM download for SC4?

Oh man, that's a tough one. Maybe some sort of residential BAT, one of the many in my plugins. Those are nice to have on hand. But there's just so much to choose from, it's difficult. :P

Favourite skyscraper BAT you have in your plugins?

Yes. I've stayed in a camp in the jungles of Eastern Thailand for a few days.

Lots of parks and open spaces, and if I'm building it, I want to include canals and GLR.  I want my urban areas to still be very green and I've decided I don't need to shoot for a high population to create a compelling urban landscape.  Of course, I don't really have a lot of time to play, but that's what I'm currently working on: rebuilding my cities in that image.

How often do you start a new region or revamp all your cities?  If you revamp, how do you go about it?

I have been building on Schulmania since 2006 and it is not even half built up yet.... so I don't change often!

What, if any, SC4 BATs do you have which you have actually been to in person IRL?

Loads.  The maxis landmarks I've seen are Independence Hall, the Chrysler & Empire State Buildings, the Statue of Liberty, and all the Washington ones.

What's the tallest building you've ever seen.  For me, it's One World Trade Center.

If you are in school, what grade are you in? Or, if out of school, what is the highest level of schooling you have attained?

None. I am happy with any degree at any school, as I found out that starting a business is the way to for financial independence.

When is the last time you (or your parents) bought a carpet?

In SimCity 4, I try to make my cities realistic but none can match the super-realism in some of the posts over in the City Building Concepts forum.
