Okay here's the white/ cream version with it's night ligth and glare, I hope you like it, I am currently working on the other three version for the night lights.

Really like this "Eyrene Apartments" pack...

I really can't pick on anything to point out for tweaking -although such a thing can always get out of hand... I particularly like the brown and the 'whitish' one the best... its just an excellent example of good modeling

Silverazul- You have to have 3ds Max to do a glare effect. To have glare you have to have 3ds max, First set the render by clicking on sky and then the lighten setting you want Maxis Nite or Dark Nite then click reset Lights & cameras, this will be in the let there be light rollout, to get the glare click on the Glare button in the let there be light rollout and then go to the menu bar click on rendering button and go to render setup, a small window will popup and click to the renderer tab and scroll down to camera effect and click the box on teh left of output that in the camera chaders area. Click and drag the Defaultoutputshader (Glare) in the material editor and box/sphere, a small pop up will come up and click on instance, next you will need to set up your glare settings, for quality set it to 3 spread is okay, clikc on the box for streaks and for the resolution for glare processing put it at 1500.

Eyrene apartments look great, very similar to Franklin, but that is never a bad thing. The whole variance in colour schemes will help so much in diversity as well.

I really like the different colored options. Very useful - I often find myself wanting to use your buildings several times in the same area and this will let me finally do that

Fantastic work. As everyone else has already said, the color variations are extremely useful and I like that you've moved the water tower around on certain versions of the building.

I really like your building. Have you ever thought about making something taller? Something that stretches you to the limit. Something that isn't as "easy" as your current buildings. I would really like them. Anyway, keep up your good work.

Taller doesn't mean harder..I'm certain that the quality Aaron comes out isn't "easy" to achieve
