Despite being a road geek, this roadless city looks great. Interesting about the art and such from such 'famous' artists. I wonder if there's anything from Fleada Kahlo there?

St. Paul is an impressive town, with the beautiful canal and church serving as the distinguishing features. And yes, I really like how you used very little roads/ped mall tiles, it makes for a truly unique area. I agree with Benedict, this is definitely one of your best works to date.

Lots of nice places in town... from the Burger Barn to the Busscastle Chocolate gift shop, I have plenty of incentives to visit! The industries look great, you know how much I like them. St. Paul's Rest sounds like a fantastic place to stay at, especially when a free Busscactle Chocolate is offered. Now, that's a deal! I sure am glad that you'll have a Part 2 to this town... because it is easily one of Schulmania's finest.

That is a very impressive town. You do not disappoint! It is a most idyllic spot for a vacation, a peaceful place to get away from it all (lord knows I need it)!

Shingure I am glad that Sunny likes her factory. She is welcome to come to Schulmania anytime. And, you are correct- the canals serve mainly as a fish farm, fresh water reserve and short range transit. The time will come to have canals connected to the sea - but not just yet...

Dfnva Good one - I will have to see what art I can scratch up from her portfolio for the next exhibit. ESP is actually the most roadless city I ever made. I have only a few street tiles here and there to keep the residential from abandoning.

ky72x Thanks! More is certainly on the way. I have something else I am working on, but I am having some prop difficulties to resolve and I need someone proficient with the LE to help me tweak a few lots with bases that don't blend well. It will be a humdinger when it is done.
