Currently, among the people with enough posts to be on my list? Only one (Jackie).

I had a rate considerably higher than that back in 2003-04 (~15 ppd), but then I mellowed out. The same can be said for quite a few people, actually. They post a lot in a hurry, then they slow down or vanish completely. Larks himself has slowed down, but even "slowed down" he's still chugging along at a decent clip.
