Cool symbiosis between SC and AoE, very interesting! And it gives an informative approach to East Devonshire. Mhm, looking forward to more,

Click on the picture above to see a full size political map of Schulmania. This features the same divisions as in Map 011, but also includes capitals and the subdivisions of the Council of Lake George and the Bishopric of Temple Terrace, along with their boundaries.

This is the first City Journal (in all my years of lurking) that I have ever seen that uses a game other that SC4. Very creative, and I have to say, you have some great history behind everything.

Nice AoE pics, again! I like the inspiration that these updates are providing for some. Come summertime, I'll probably do something different for an update as well. 2.gif Good to see another region map! Keep them (and the great updates) coming. 9.gif

Dedgren Thanks. Always glad to have you drop in. You know me, I like to shake things up periodically. Lol!

ky72x lol! I was so surprised to find Leechville. If I see anyone else's screen name on something, it WILL be here for all to admire!

Jacqulina Thanks J. You are always welcome in Schulmania.

    Hester Thanks, H!

Smarty218 Nope... the naked AoE 3.0. Though the War Chiefs expansion pack does sorta call my name...

gabry85 lol. I think I have one more AOE in me. I am not building the SC4 versions of these cities in East Devonshire.

CarmineHilton lol! It is NOT... that's Age of Empires 3!

Benedict I am working on the SC4 version. I do like the graphics quality of AOE, esp for landscape stuff.

Shingure Thanks! Glad I have inspired you!

    Leech10 Muchas gracias!

panthersimcity4 Yesssss! I need to do a Spanish city in AOE too. That would be perfect for you.

    Hester Thanx again!

Dsrwhat316 AOE3 is a major leap forward in graphics quality. I wish they would do the Greece/Rome one up in this style.

anarchy0029 Thanks! I wanted a little crossover action since I have been all over AOE lately.

Jacqulina Thanks, J. It seemed to be a natural fit.

Cjman Thanks for coming by and welcome to Schulmania. Glad you enjoyed your visit and hope you will be back soon.

Smarty218 Thanks. A major map update is lurking right around the corner.

    ky72x Cool... glad to inspire!

NMUSpidey I shall be waiting with baited breath (worm, hook in nose!)

    Abcvs Where's my souvenirs???!!!

IMPORTANT TO ALL: BE SURE TO READ PHAT HEAD'S CITIES JOURNAL ON THURSDAY FOR AN EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH THE SCHULMANATOR REGARDING THE FUTURE OF SCHULMANIA.

Nice map and pics of East Devonshire townships. What program does that come from... it's obviously not SCS, I don't think.

    Hey Bruce,

I just went and had a look at the award you so graciously given me.... on page 234.

I don't know what to say besides thanks for the thought!

But seeing your last updates I can safely say that you've developed a style of your own and now you are the source of inspiration for many, old hands and newcomers as well!

Keep up your great work my friend, long live Schulmania!

    Regards

    -John

    Hello, my dear Schulmanator.

It is been quite some time since I've had the pleasure to post in your incredible journal which does more than a credible job of detailing the history and progress of Schulmania.  For a variety of business and personal health reasons, I have not been able to post as I would like.  Nonetheless, I have been keeping abreast of the progress you are making and must say you continue to impress me with your creative ability.

I shan't be able to comment on all the past updates but will make a general comment of astonishment.  Astonishment?  Might I add amazement?  My dear Bruce, you are to be commended for your incredible detail to not only documenting the graphical history of this great region but for documenting its oral and written history as well.

I'm quite please to see the development pushing east and south.  I would like to believe that the small contribution made by VAN Enterprises has been helpful in these developments.  Business has been good for me throughout Schulmania and I must thank you for the introductions into the various districts in the region.  For that, I (and my business) are eternally grateful.

To further this line of thinking, VAN Enterprises is prepared to donate more to the effort of exploring the vast reaches of the Schulmanian Empire.  However, I must put one stipulation on this donation.  I would very much like to see the lands to the west explored and opened for development.  Methinks, there are business and personal opportunities there that are ripe for the plucking.

My dear friend, I do enjoy your journal and continue to follow its updates -- almost religiously.  I stand ready to help Schulmania and pledge my support -- both financially and businesswise.  As we have discussed before, your introductory letters have been instrumental in helping VAN Enterprises to spread across Schulmania.  I only request that you not question my business practices as we all have our own "special" way of handling our business.

I look forward to your continue exploits across this great region and very much look forward to and anticipate your reply to my latest request.  Take good care, my friend Bruce, and have a wonderful day.

    Warm Regards,

    Gary (Vandy)

In the end you will see, You is you and me is me.

Hello, all! In case anyone has been wondering where I was...

I got a last minute invitation to go to:

I have never been to an air show, so that was really fun. And, as an added attraction, I saw...
