I have been following this CJ for some time now and its about time I responded. I like what you have done so far! You definately have your own style going on here. Some of the sloping seen in previous pages could be better but I have seen some improvements made in the last update. Nice pathways and use of the PED tiles as well. I like the mediteranian look and feel you have going on. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing more from you!

Another fabulous update. Great homes and xcellent park on the waterfront. Pure italian, i can just see sideshow bobs son(from the Italian Bob) running around with a knive screaming " VENDETTA, VENDETTA,". Anyway, keep it up, this roman part of the journal is really nice.

RushHourFreak    Thank you for your kind comment. I am so glad you enjoy Schulmania!

Jacqulina    Thanks for coming by again. I will be working on my terraforming soon and look forward to using some of your techniques.

blade2k5    Thanks! I am glad you like it thus far. I am trying to keep it in period while still developing. This is hard, because there are so few period pieces, but it's coming along well nonetheless.

Dixie    Thank you for your comment. I am glad you like what you see thus far. I wish I had the skill to make lots, but I am not gifted in that area- all are from the STEX and for them I am eternally grateful to the great lot designers!

MasterPlanMan    Thanks for commenting. I am glad you have enjoyed the CJ thus far. I hope you will like what is coming just as much.

Zelgadis    Thanks! The aqueduct is by frogface. It was just the thing to make the look complete!

fledder200    Thanks! I am blushing ? I am glad you like what I have done thus far.

patriots_1228    LOL! Vendetta! I love it! Sideshow Bob is one of my favorites. There will be another Simpsons reference coming up shortly!

connor_v    Thanks for coming by! Captain Cawale said you are welcome to come by her house for a tour- milk and cookies will be served after the tour.

Fredval   Thanks! I am glad you like what I have so far- there will be more great parks yet to come.

Love the Greco-Roman theme you have going on.  Oh, and I think you need to change the Supreme Wirdle's litter box!  9.gif

so THAT'S where chocolate chip cookies came from...amazing! I like the weather report. How did they know what the weather was like in Atkinos?

Yesterday I was sitting at work reading some CJs, and all of a sudden your name appeared beside about 20 of them with a new reply.  You must be one faithful reader to post in all of those CJs one right after another

I would have loved to turn to page 3 for the full news on the fashion police activity. 4.gif

And yes, you DO spoil us, but please continue! Anything this interesting must surely be a good thing.

*Groan* The birth/invention of chocolate chip cookies and chocolate dipped fruit in production? *Groan* I don't recall ever seeing any newspaper articles on catnip regulation or free tuna...

Nice paper, by the way. Thought I might let you know about that amidst the snide jokes.

I work for the US Army. I go places, visit mean people, and kill them.

Winston Churchill is generall credited for saying something to the effect of: "People sleep soundly in their beds because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf". That about sums up my life, besides the "rough men" part.

football_fever        Yep, one of the greatest inventions of the world began right here in Schulmania! Yummy chocolate chip cookies... as Homer would say "Mmmmmmmmmmm, coooooooooooookies!"

emilin     I checked page 3 for you and pulled out a few excerpts from the fashion police reports for your reading pleasure and amusement:

"Fashion Police SWAT team members descended upon Polyester Patty's Boutique in an early morning raid. The emporium had been under close surveillance for several weeks. Complaints have been mounting at the Fashion Division at the Public Safety Administration Building for the last few weeks. The pre-dawn raid came just as a new shipment of hot pink polyester slacks was being delivered."

"Lieutenant Frasier Crane reported hundreds of polyester slacks, shirts, and dresses were confiscated, representing every unnatural hue known to man. The contraband was hauled away to be burned. One match and 3 seconds later, the cheesy material went up in a memorable fireball."

"Among those arrested were Nathan Martinson (neon green plaid pants incapable of wrinkles), Don Deruler (heavy clear plastic shirt), and Disco Stu (sequined white leisure suit). As ringleader Polyester Patty was led away in a clingy polyester cheetah print dress, reporters heard her call out 'I may be locked away, but I will hold my shape and be wrinkle free when I am released, just like my clothes!' Lt. Crane reports she will be a bit humbler after a steady diet of tossed salads and scrambled eggs while incarcerated."

Meinhosen      Catnip regulation?! The Supreme Wirdle would not hear of such a thing! Of course, there is concern about the growth in production not meeting the growth in catnip demand. I think we'll need a BSC Catnip Farm lot soon to prevent rationing!

Superchad       Thanks! Glad you like it thus far.

RushHourFreak       Thanks! I think I had too much fun with that. I must have missed my calling to be a journalist ;-)

Great city and parks. Some of the best seller titles you mentionned earlier just made me laugh my guts out.

(Following the reply you made on my previous comment) Where I am sometimes hard to figure... I was in Sherbrooke from September 2004 to August 2006 (except summer 2005 because I worked in Montreal) I moved to Montreal in September for a personnal project wich didn't work as I expected. Now temporarely back at my parents house in Cowansville (between Montreal and Sherbrooke, closer to the Vermont border) until I resume full time studies in Sherbrooke in September. You get the picture! Anyway I hope you've liked it in Sherbrooke when you came up there. I assume you were visiting Boston prior to that.

    As for your CJ:

You kinda accomplished what I had alluded to in my CJ.........I began the history with the founding of the island, etc.but I didnt have the patience to look for all those ploppable ancient buildings then plopping them then taking pictures, then replacing he buildings with newer ones, etc....lol im too lazy

You did it really well...ok i lie, not REALLY well...

EXCEPTIONALLY indisputably amazing! Im trying to help you by giving some area for improvement, but i cant find any, your CJ rocks 4.gif

Ok heres one: MOre updates 4.gif

Lets see that region map get explored ; )

Ooooh and will those aliens ever come back>?
