I finally got most of your buildings to grow in mi cities, well, actually in just one of them. They're awesome. Thanks for all the work. The only one that just won't grow is Liberte, but I guess is a matter of luck, like it was said. I'll wait and see if it grows. Again, thanks for your work.

heheheh Thanks guys! So I got some great nitelite effects on the tower..I really captured the streetlight glow that rises from the base up on...however the nitewindow textures didn't turn out so well ao I need to do another render then its up for grabs on who-ever wants to modd it. The building fits snug in a 4x4 lot..but like the official prerenders I would much rather have the builing on a 5x6 with a neat little pedestrian park...also a 5 wide LOT can enable it to be TE'd as well.

So who wants to mod it?

I wish there was a Tokyo BAT Team...I like Japanese buildings ( I think they look a lot cooler, it's like comparing the World Trade Center # 1 & 2* [Chinese Style] to the Freedom Tower[Japanese Style]. ) much more than Chinese... ( Not meant to be taken in as a dis, you're buildings are AMAZING!!! )

Did some more work on the Chelsea Court foundation...added some trimmings...changed a couple textures. I think its about ready to go. Unfortunately I do not have the patience to do one of those 'special' renders on it...I got too much stuff I need to work on and I cant wait 3 days for a render of this...so I am afraid its default render time for this puppy...unless somebody wants to render it, just give me a PM.

My new project! (Its seems I am just blazing away here...and seriously..I have done more parting in the last week...I dunno how I do that + work + this...weird?) Anyyhoo....BANYAN GARDEN!!!!!

Its huge! And I have a couple stratedgies for this

Tower 1,2,& 3 may be a separate peice...Towers 5,6,7, & 8, also separate and then a overhanging park-BAT for the center. This will be slightly larger than the Liberte I suspect...In all reality I hate doing foundations....Towers is my thing...the Towers can be completely relatively extremely fast....the Park and foundations will prolly take about a month. 3 separate peices so freaks like T Wrecks can play around in the Lot editor and come up with different variations. --- And no there will not be a single tower stand alone. BOO HOO!

@ Endophins & Hong Kong if you guys have any pics of Banyan Garden or links to please PM the details...floorplans and groundfloor schematics I have covered...I need photos of the foundation, the foundation, the foundation, the park, and roofs..towers, but mostly the foundation

I think there is a Tokyo BAT team on the Spanish SC4 site "Capital Simcity". Just Google it and get it translated. There are several buildings there if you sift through their download section and survive all the pop-ups. I think it is Capital Simcity anyways... Check it out. I know that there are some out there.

Bixel: I look forward to seeing more of the Kowloon tower. I like the roof, it's more unique than most towers. I'm also egarly anticipating pics of the new design based off that site plan. Just two questions though. Is that a lake/pond in the middle? And where's tower 4?

BattleField-2142: That post was really unneccesary, many people including myself thought the original World Trade Center Towers were Excellent attractive buildings. It was also unneccesary to use that terrible event as an example comparing types of architecture. Also they were not destroyed by 747's or 757's. And we didn't need to see the pictures, we all know what happened and what it looked like.

Bixel was soft on that, I don’t believe in softness in such matters. BTW, none of the planes that hit WTC were 747 or 757 for that matter.   But back to buildings/architecture matters. Taste is a private matter. But your statement is offensive in its core! I believe you do mean it as disrespect! This is a racist statement by definition! Because the only criteria of buildings you’ve cared, or deemed sufficient to provide in your comparison is that some buildings are CHINESE and that’s NO GOOD while other are JAPANESE and it’s MUCH BETTER. Notably, you didn’t care to provide even one picture of your “JAPANESE” buildings. But managed to include 3 links to 911.What for?? As a deferens to BAD architecture? Is that Right? This reminds me a lot of the stuff going on other site. I hope we will not have any of it here! I think we should simply let this start. You may like whatever you want. But if you make public statements, do elaborate. And may be provide some pictures…   PS go and edit your message! Or better still, delete those 911 links. Bixel. I have to congratulate you on creating FANTASTIC texture with One Kowloon.

Base should have been a tad taller.

Actually its design is quite similar to that of One Peking road. A bit simplified, but all that same major architectural elements and tricks… Quite funny…

WOW lol didnt mean to make this a big deal, I was simply stating an opinion. Some people...like you Mr. Fox. Also, when did I call the WTC ugly? If I said I thought the HK buildings were amazing, and I compared that to the WTC...hmm, Mr. I think im all that. Also, I was meaning to show this:

WTC = Very metal, not total glass ( Like China )

FT     = Glassy ( Like Japan )

...meanwhile while I am waiting for more references of the Banyan Garden...I was looking at more HK pictures and it kinda got me rolling along--

This is PHASE 3 of the Tai Yuen Complex...its a separate peice..obviously it can be TE'd with an avenue or highway! I just put down the texture to show you the intention.

there will also be PHASE 1 & 2 which will both be separate, this way we can doing some ingenious zoning or LOTting to create interesting combinations.

@ bixel: There are some funky shadows hapenning at the base, on the lot.

The towers look great. The only comment that I have other than that is that the curved blue glass at the base is a little bit too blue compared to the rest of the windows of the building and kind of looks odd because of it... just a thought.

to be honest i have did not all to much care for Chelsea court but this

one seriously is dope, I am loving the colors the textures, windows
