First of all, it's 'axis' not 'axle'

Second, No, the Lippo Centre doesn't rotate around it's axis, none of my buildings do, so stop bothering me with it.

whats up with your screen-mapped background?

is the bottom row of glass going to have the same material as the upper sections of glass?

if the background wouldn't be there, the glass surface of the tower would be black. And yes, the bottom row of glass will have the same texture as the tower has

Only one thing I'd like to point out is that the umbrella appears to be floating. I don't see and pole or stand or base or anything.
