MCO1254: I will have to give ur city a 7.5/10. That is a pretty good pic of ur downtown area  but to me it looks too unliving! I would recommend u get a traffic generator. Also good sunken highway but also i recommend another texture. Which building do u mean?If its directly south of the hitachi building,it is part of the BSC trails pack. P.S  I personally think it is better to have more parks than a huge clump of high rises, because in real life parks help add value and lower pollution.

OK heres another one of mine.To see more pics of my region please visit my cj here. This is a pic of the city hall!

MCO - 6.5/10.  First, the positives: Great job on the transit layout, especially the one-way streets and the sunken highway

However, those rows of identical 1x1 buildings next to the highway are bothering me, and I have to wonder why there's a smokestack in th middle of downtown.

Pic 1:

9/10 I like how you subtly Photoshopped it to bring out the lights, but as someone pointed out earlier, there is too much green space in the layout.

Pic 2:

8.5/10 Like everything from your CJ, this shot is excellent, but I have to subtract a point for the bland lotting and awkwarly placed parking lot on the twin towers' lot.  Good job on the highway, though.

My submission:

Pamplona, Florida's Puerto Rican Club, built in 1927 as a social gathering spot for the city's Puerto Rican immigrants.  Membership declined in subsquent decades, and it was abandoned in the early 80s.

It was refurbished and reopened in 1996, and has since been host to speeches, events, and concerts in the 6th floor ballroom.

That's very good! It would be a bit better if there would be cars on the avenues. I'd give it an 8/10

Please do not pick it up on a) Lack of traffic or b) incompletedness... I just want your opinions/ ratings of the setting and interesction. Thankyou.

De Ja Vu: Nice setting, however the changes in sidewalk textre slightly spoil it... That said, I like it; 8/10.

blue sinjid: Very good mosaic but there's not enough traffic for me... 7.5/10!

Fair enough, it seemed the easiest way to get a roundabout (traffic circle for you Yanks) junction (intersection for you Yanks) without the use of oneways as a roundabout. The RHW seemed to be the easiest way to change between the two at that point, like in the UK where many Motorways change to A-Roads at junctions... It seemed a clean transition.

I give you 9/10 for yours, crisp and clear image; the only problem I see is the way the retaining walls end suddenly, but you can't help that so I won't mark you down for it.

Foreclosures r evident here! ZThe only thing shining seems to be the roads, parks, and the cars leaving!

blue sinjid: I can't tell if they are deserted or is it just a effect done in photoshop to make shadows :S   6,8/10

edit: 8,5/10 for your previous pic. I like the contrast of the colors. It looks so cool...

i'm sorry... don't have the time to rate all pics from this page. i will start with the one from

yellowguy88: 8/10 - i like your custom content and how you alined it

blue sinjid: 6,5/10 - i think the buildings are really cool but too voluminous for the picture.

De Ya Vu: 8,5/10 - looks like a small western-like village plaza.

Neongamer: 7/10 - the pond and street layout are nice, but it is a little empty (i think it should be like that, but i prefer more urban stuff 4.gif )

blue sinjid: 8,8/10 - this one suites me more 4.gif

De Ya Vu: 8/10 - i like the effect

Yukky: 8,5/10 - great downtown, but a little to much parkings

nihonkaranws: 7,8/10 - for me the open space is a bit too much

i will go with this one:

Beautiful pic! Love the night effect and the density of the city. What is that in the top left corner though?

9/10

P.S: How did you get that projection on the Pan Pacific Building?

pingangster: Thank you for the rating. The images you see displayed on the buildings have to do with the current simlympics and this pic was originally created to commemorate the opening ceremony which took place in Ylmeria, Shalman Empire. That image on the top left is from that opening ceremony which i lent.

The projection on the Pan Pacific building was done through photoshop much like everything else in the picture. 4.gif

Heres a part of the suberbs. I encourage uppwards growth instead off out and thats why theres a condo there also one reason for that is because I made a beatiful forest RRP paths and flowers and Peg camp grounds so I just cant bear to demolish em.
