7/10. Nice use of canals and roads, and also nice building diversity (only a few repeated). To hide the toolbar you can press that little box with the _ in in the bottom left hand corner .

Sorry, I don't like the whole 'paris bats' things, plus some american skyscrapers are poking through. Great work with the planning though, and nice diagonal avenue.

London eye? blocking the facade of Notre Dam, big no-no plus, too many American buildings in there for it to be a "Paris style" city.

with a bit more thinking out it could be a great image. Plus your city is deserted, not very European at all. Overall a grade "B" attempt at a European city.
