Never played this before, I don't think 9.gif

nihonkaranws:  I love all the trees, and I won't rate down for lack of cars.  8/10

hijodecordoba:  Very  nice!  I like how all the tile design matches up, especially around the tennis courts, and the plaza at the bottom is beautiful.  The canals are also a nice touch.  9/10

bluesinjid:  (first pic on this page) Your work is always excellent but we can't see it because the picture is so dark!  The nightlights look very cool though.  7/10

(second pic) I like this too and the water mod looks especially nice here.  8/10

Shadow_prophet:  First thing I noticed was the photo editing (of the box at the top) very nicely done, and the skyscrapers look breathtaking.  9/10

danielcote:  Cute little houses and nice seasonal trees, but it would be so much lovelier without the UDI icon and pause border/menu!  5/10

Here's one of mine.

BlondeTwiggy - not bad, although I would say it probably lacks focus. You go from a European-style building to a canal parkway to a residential neighborhood to the Maxis ballpark, all in all not bad although the elements aren't really cohesive with each other. 7/10

danielcote - could use some improvement - get rid of the menu buttons for starters. I would also recommend a water modd. Also, you might want to smoother out those beaches so your shorelines aren't 30-foot drops down to the river botton. Also, get rid of some of those roads and add some streets, that should make it more natural. Not terrible, could be a good scene if you make some changes. 5.5/10.

And here's mine: inclement weather on Runway 27L:

Hutt: that rain effect just makes that look spactacular. However I think the rain is falling to fast3.gif.

9.5/10

Daniel: I would really like you to make that incline under the water a lot more gradual and use the sand underwater lots, I think there by peg, not sure on that tho. I would also advise you to get rid of the game menu by clicking on that TINY little square to the extreme lower left corner. And finally dont be affraid to use the streets they would add a very nice touch if you use them. 6/10

BT: not bad, however that stadium and that canal look quite out of place. I think if you use more Euro stuff, that picture would be lovely. 6.8/10

Blue Sinjid: very impressive shot of that hotel(?). Everything just makes everything else look even better. Tho I would be a little more cautious with the lens glare thingy. 9/10

Shadow Prophet: I love that shot. Nice assortment of buildings, nice lighting, and the editing is amazing. 10/10

Howlin' at the moon.

The_Hutt => great animation, I give you 8/10 because of some thing, the parking are not connected to road and there's some problem with the grass under the fences, without that, great work 2.gif

danielcote => well, I give you 6/10 because the beach are not "connected" to the sea, some roads are not really at the great emplacement and you need to use a slope mod , try to download one on the STEX 2.gif

BlondeTwiggy => wow ! great work, I just think that the roundabout is a bit out of place, a street "cul-de-sac" may look great here ! 8.5/10.

blue sinjid => that's great but the empty terminal doesn't look great. 7/10

well time for me to put one of mine...

Does a mosaic count as an image:

I'm not going to post this on my CJ but it's part of the city I'm currently working on, Albarán.

3-14.jpg

4-11.jpg

Bottom.png

@art128: excellent image, 10/10, very eastern european!

@danielcote: could do with some improvement. 6/10. It's good that the commercial and residential areas are clearly separated but the road layout and the beach could be better.

Thanks for the suggestions, will try to incorporate them into future pics.9.gif

danielcote:  (12/27 picture) Again nice seasonal trees but the beaches need to be smoother.  Also,  get rid of the menu by using control+shift+s to take pictures in-game.  5/10

(12/28 picture)  This is better!  Remember to get rid of the menu.  The little boats and American W2W are cute!  But...You can see the edge of the world.  Lol! 6.5/10

The_Hutt:  The photo editing for the rain is amazing!  And look, there's a plane taking off.  The only thing wrong is the little box in the left-hand corner...Ah, I am picky.  9/10

art128:  That is a gorgeous pic!  I really love the trains and the sea walls.  But...I think the lens glare is over-used...I don't know, it can be pulled off really well, but here it looks sort of out of place.  Other than that, fabulous!  8/10

Jerebannus XVI:  Wow, great mosaic!  That is really breathtaking.  I love the plazas, diverse W2W, and editing at the bottom.   9.5/10

art128: Very nice, my only beef are the metal walls. 8/10

danielcote: A new water mod, seawalls and a few more spa and c.p. items will do the trick 4.gif 6.9/10

Jerebannus XVI: Awesome job, but I am not sure mosaics are allowed here since it's rate one image.

art128: Very nice! I hope you change that one white texture to match! 8/10

Here's something I whipped up:

Danielcote: I like the nice little area between the cliff and the ocean. The photo shopping is also kinda nice, but it ruins the details. Also, the edge of the map is still visible. 6/10

Here's one of mine. A rail viaduct over a gorge in the mountains.

pingangster => I give you 7/10, because we can see the gird (press "G" to turn off it) and because the slope of the train is too abrupt, try to download a slopemod 2.gif

danielcote => really nice shot ! 7.5/10

ilikehotdogsalot => excellent mosaic of Shanghai !! 10/10

blue sinjid: Looks great, just the photo shopping is a bit much. 9.9/10

pingangster: Grid is on, but looks nice. 8/10

danielcote: The photo shopping is way overdone, I can see some Maxis, there are zots on and some other stuff. 5/10

ilikehotdogsalot: 10/10

art128: Looks great just the textures on some of the BATs are a little off. 9/10

Anyways, this is mine..

Ok ok it may be a little messy but hey this is my first time photoshopping and also whats wrong with maxis 30.gif

Pigangster: I like the valley It has nice trees and a good looking bridge but like art128 said you can still see the grid other than that Id just put in some undergrowth 7.3 out of 10. 16.gif

Blue sinjid: Beatiful colors and a great layout 9.3 out of 10. 38.gif

un1 Great city love how you have all art nuveau archetecture and the IM dosenèt look half bad beside it Id just put in more trees and parks. 8.2 out of ten.

Heres a new one hope you like it!

Danielcote: it's nice, i like the cliffs, water, and buildings. I would suggest you though to turn off the UDI mission indicators 4.gif 8/10

I didn't feel like opening simcity just to take a picture, so I fixed up an older one... hope it's okay:

Jerebannus XVI: Brilliant work right there. Everything blends well and nothing is seemingly out of place. 9.9/10

art128: Cant put my finger on it but somehow i find the plazas don't mix. Good nonetheless 8/10

ilikehotdogsalot: Very nice pic of the Shanghai Financial center in all its glory

danielcote: Maxis. Too heavy on the photoshopping and i see your control panel is still open. More emphasis on the too heavy photoshopping 5/10

pingangster: One side of the tracks drops too sharply. Overall blends nicely 7/10

blue sinjid: Gorgeous waterfront. It fits well with the entire scene and the balance between the land and the spanning ocean is breathtaking. 9/10

un1: Dull and mundane with a little hint of Downtown . Nice 8/10

danielcote: Personally i don't like the use of the beach textures and i see a UDI icon hovering in the corner. Other than that it looks okay. 7/10

The Arrowz: Blends pretty well but the 2 buildings on the bottom left is repeated and i find that it doesn't contribute well to the scene. 8/10

My contribution:

Shadow: nice colociem and sports centers but they take an awfull lot of space. 1.gif 8 out of 10

Heres Dry docks I tried editing the schoolbuses but the stupid photobucket kept on quiting when I tried.

EagleRock-Aug18341231108414.png picture by DanielCote

Sorry For those Usless Sentencess But I Put In To Many Pictures.

A brand new highschool just opened up and it is thriving with 134 students or so! It is on the site where part of a beach used to be but development forced that part so far from the beach it just wasnt practicle anymore so I put the highschool down and afew houses and its working to my advantage so far.

I moved the old bank beside a new family optical center on an unused part of the beach and the development has worked well makeing historians and buissneses happy.

As you can see the ugly appartment finaly burnt down and some residents say that its a blessing in duisguise. the new building holds 13 more people than the appartment it looks better and its $$ instead of $!  29.gif  The yatch club has 5 more members and tourism has increased by 10% and residential demand has sky rocketed but because this is a national park new development is scarce.

Heres downtown not too much has lots has changed part of the beach has been redeveloped and where the old bank was before it was moved is the TD and a small Sears store. Tennis is an increasingly popular sport residents want anouther tennis court because the old ones are full and for some are too far away.

Heres the outskirts as I said earlier there is a new high school and part of the beach has been redeveloped. a new mansion has gone up in place of the old one that was sitting on the lot and the museaum is fully funded and is very popular especialy with tourists. The fare to go on the caresel has increased from 1.25 to 2.00 and residents are fed up with the price increase.

The Arrowz:

Nice realistic pic. Quite simple but does the job. 8/10

Shadow_prophet:

Nice enough but doesn't really appeal to me, too repetitive and gridded. Seems unlikely that you'd have three massive stadiums to close to each other. 6/10

danielcote:

I like it. Realistic looking and some interesting angled buildings. What's going on with that building just right-of-centre though? It looks like an old Victorian frontage stuck on an art-deco office block. 7/10
