Whilst very vanilla buildings (because I'm working in a test region), I made this nice little cycle route I am pleased with:

Take note of a very early start to my AVE-2 T21s, that's a custom light prop, but sadly I'm not sure I could ever find a way to release it, since it's Porkies lamppost and it must have a new ID to work as a functional light.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is the Simtropolis Van which I have unearthed while browsing through the automata section of the downloads and which will appear in all of my cities from now on, regardless of these cities' history and geography.

 

I don't know, it just melted my heart in a way...  When I look at it, I just imagine Cyclone Boom, Cori, Halijackey, Daeris, rivit, Terring, CaptCity and other admins, members and ST friends taking shifts behind the wheel of this vehicle, making sure my plugins and cities work according to plan. 

A wonderful creation by @Simfanatik made eleven years ago which I believe deserves a reminder. This little and absolutely essential gem can be found under this link.

@ohdude The trees lining the avenues (and roads & streets) are part of Neko's Japanese Street Mod ( http://hide-inoki.com/bbs/archives/sc4_0856.html )

The avenue crossing is Mas71's JPN Zebra Crossing mod on the LEX.... Which is not available at the moment..

Baimcity's governmental complex, surrounded by skyscrapers and a golf course. What a nice place to live!

Baimcity Corporation HQ. It's a premium tower, like almost anyone else on the city. Except, it hosts the corporation which rules the entire city. Brings me back to 1600-1700s. Beside, aka the Wren Insurance, is the Stock Exchange building.

The Census Repository. Sad to see this magnificent piece of architecture being tucked away by those towers.
