Thanks everyone again for the overwhelming support - and for those of you on the element avatar trend.

Being a bit of a chemistry geek (I have the Periodic Table memorized and have started writing a series of orchestral pieces based on elements--going in atomic order), this is pretty awesome stuff! Yay to being a quasi-Lanthanide-type element!

Hi Benedict, I may be a little late to the party but better late than never!

Anyways I was looking at posts with the highest reputation content and stumbled on your periodic table of 2011 Trixie Awards. (https://community.simtropolis.com/best-content/)

All I got to say is wow, well done! I have no idea what make you think of making such a table but it is awesome. Fantastic job with it! (Although my atomic number is incorrect lol).

Thought about sending you a PM about this but I may as well post here where the original list is found. Haven't really checked out the rest of your CJ here, but maybe I should after being drawn here by that table.

I think I was going to make a subway map, but then realised it would look a bit weird, and the 'builder' line would be ridiculously long. Somehow the elements sprang to mind and then it took on a life of its own. The rest of my CJ is 100% vanilla, with a quirky story line that is updated in fits and starts. For most it's an acquired taste. Send me a PM and I'll correct your element data.

It's not an update as such - I realized that I forgot to celebrate my CJs birthday earlier this month. Better late than never!

So I thought this story might be interesting in honour of of Ellis Valley's 6th birthday...

For a while now I have been thinking about this CJ I lurked around back when I first joined in '08. I was drawn to it by the fact it was broken into seasons. I didn't remember the name, or the plot, so I couldn't really find it. Anyways, when I found this CJ, I found it interesting how you broke yours into seasons as well.

So I browsed through I few pages this afternoon, where I came across season 3. Long story short, that long last CJ I lurked way back when was actually this one all along...

Just west of Blackbar is Smith. Well, East Smith to be precise, and west of East Smith is West Smith - don't confuse the two! It's easy to remember - folks from East Smith say nothing good ever comes from the West, and folks from the West say that only bad things come from the East.

Hi, SimCoug. Thanks! I think that in vanilla, to make a region look more realistic, towns and cities that carefully spread over more than one tile tend to make it work.
