  1. Some shots from around the Central Area of the City

    sorry forgot to post a the Link Map...here it is Also there's a new line now, the Forest Link This was built due to the rapid development of the North West Area of the city. So the Forest Link connects the city with North West Alexandria City like Lucille and Sports City.

  4. So the nominations have been announced... For the 79th Neighbourly Kingdom Games. As of yesterday each city has released it's proposed logo's for the games. The competition is hotting up as the commitee of the games prepares to start it's scoring process in each city. Just to remind you, here are the nominations: Yolanda (Lindblum) Rozarrio (Romaria) Burmecia City (Burmecia) Pinnacle (Lindblum) RC of Alexandria (Alexandria) Each location will now face an inspection. The commitee will score on various subjects such as crime levels, transportation, gpd, pollution etc. Here are the official logo's proposed by each city. Which one do you prefer?

    I like looking at all the cities on here with loads of grids. The ones I build seem to always be all over the place. Maybe it's cos I'm British I don't know lol

  9. So I thought I'd post a few more pics of the Plateau so that you can get to know the area a bit more. Cheers for the comments about the rail maps and the photo's etc hope the next one's are okay. First heres a picture of the Link Map again so you can see where we are. The Plateau only has access to the Royal Cliff Line (The purple one). The loop section at the top covers most of the plateau. Below is The Royal Front Gate and station. The station on the other side of the gate is Garnet Place The next picture shows the area surrounding Outer Wall Station. You can also see the East Gate. This are has many offices, shops and apartments. The church in the forground isbe The image below shows Garnet Sq in the bottom right. To the left of Garnet Square is Garnet College of the Univeristy. In the top right is King Hollosal Memorial Statue. The building in the centre is Hollasal Library of the University. Below is more of Hollosal Square. The colum on the left was built by Queen Garnet and is called Hope Colum. It is dedicated to the The Last Hope. The building in front of it is The Last HopeCollege of the University. King Hollasal Sq is just to the left of the colum. Below is St Ramuh College and the church just below it is St Rumah Chapel. St Ramuh Station on the Link is just in front. The image below shows the section of the Royal Cliff Link situated on the plateau. Alexander Colum is shown below. To the left is part of Alexandria Palace. The River Bahamut runs through this area. Below is a close up of S Ramuh Chapel The Royal Front Gate showing Garnet Sq in the top left.

    cool city so far. I like how you've used the trams, I'm thinking about using them in one of my cities but haven't decided yet lol.

  14. The Plateau of Alexandrios

    Next stop is Garnet Square This is the most famous square in the entire kingdom. It pays tribute to Princess Garnet XVII. When she became Queen she initiated the peace time between Alexandria, Lindblum, Burmecia and Romarian Empire. The square is often the centre of events and specials days in the city. The diagonal street in the centre left is Garnet Street and leads to Chelsea Square (as seen above) The building to right of Garnet Street is Garnet College of the University of the Royal City of Alexandria (UCRA).The College specialises in music and has around 300 students. Next to Garnet College is Hollosal College which is also part of UCRA. The bottom Centre is Dagger College of UCRA. The avenue on the bottom left is Garnet Place and leads to the Royal Front Gate. To the left of Garnets statue and fountain is her museum. The road going off to the West and following the wall leads to Queen Brahmme Square.

    thanks for your comments. I'm really enjoying playing sim city again! I hadn't played it in a while till a couple of weeks ago. Simtropolis is such a big part of playing it as well.
