About This Club

The City-Builders Website was originally set up as a place to hold SC4 Plugin Catalog (see Simtropolis Omnibus), the website has been shutdown and its contents moved over Simtropolis, this club is for anything that is "leftover" after the shutdown is complete, and since then has expanded to include information on the Banished game.

  2. Hi @pikachu_SQ It's one of @patriots_1228 uploads from Team Grater. Nice found, though I have this file along with Patriots' other stuff too. I think when @Cyclone Boom is back he could set-up the Team Grater catergory (just like we have the SimCity Polska, SimPEG etc...) directly to STEX then their files and Krio's and Yoshiisland's could be restored there eventually.

  7. Thanks for preserving these! I had downloaded some of them back in 2016 but the hot springs are missing the spring itself, both BSC MEGA Props SG Vol 01 + PEG MTP SUPER PACK are in place with all other MTP lots working fine so I am not quite sure what's missing...

    Es wäre cool wenn man die schritte besser erklären könnte, leider scheitere ich schon bei schritt zwei Da heißt das man die SFH Datei anklicken soll und dann speichern soll aber wie ? wenn ich die rechte maus taste klicke kommt ne liste mit mehrere optionen was man anklicken kann aber da ist nichts was ich mit nem namen speichern kann
  9. Glad I could help, re limits I think there is something in the banished club, but probably the best person to ask is @kid1293, real life caught up with me before I could finish creating my first mod so am still very much a beginner when it comes to this stuff
  10. Hi Catty, Thanks a lot for your quick and clear answer. I'm just starting with the mod creation for Banished. I'll check to integrate my mod in the Community toolbar. And I'll also follow your tip, regarding the debug option, to keep it separately. I have also found that some agreement exist between the modder, like for the new limit. But does it also exist for the profession, or the ressources (NaturalRessource, RawMaterial, …)

Hi Baniseb Sorry this took longer than I was expecting to come back with an answer as I'm in the middle of swapping computers and while I have banished installed on the new computer I haven't got round to installing the modkit and it seems I missing a dll so currently haven't got it up and running .... also please note the information from the first post has been taken from the readme in the banished kit so not written by me. Anyway to get the debug menu in the banished test version you need to open the "Toolbar.rsc" file and find this line Toolbar debug : "base" { bool _visible = false; and change it to Toolbar debug : "base" { bool _visible = true; I personally wouldn't recommend including the "Toolbar.rsc" with your mod as most banished players have already got one of the available debug mods https://banishedinfo.com/mods/view/525-Unblockable-Debug or this one https://banishedinfo.com/mods/view/664-Debug-menu The only reason I was playing around with the toolbar files was so I could add myself into the community toolbar "How to put your new mod in the Community Toolbar" https://worldofbanished.com/index.php?topic=1467.0 Am going to attach the two files need to do this to this post as a backup in case something happens to WoB, there is a bit of a learning curve to setting it up NewPersonalToolbar - redketchup example.zip NewToolbarSetup - feb16th2017.zip

  13. Hi Catty, I have tried to include the debug option in my mod. But I didn't succeed to compile it, I also try the debug option in a separate mod. Which files is required ? I have Added the referenced files like /Template/UtilityDebug.rsc, spritesheet, stringtable, … But I cant find the Debug.rsc file. Can you describe a little bit more what you mean with : If you're building a mod in a separate directory from the normal resource folder, you'll have to copy the Toolbar resource into your directory in the same relative place so that the game will see the change. Thanks.

Based on the city journal picture links that was when he was using Dropbox for both images and files and unfortunately when Dropbox changed the way they formatted the links, paeng who was already having health issues made the decision that he wasn't going to go thru all his posts, etc and correct the links nor was he going to download the files from Dropbox .... we lost quite a few of his banished pictures as a result of that decision, but understandable given his ongoing health issues. I think your best bet is to ask on the If someone does a copy then it can be uploaded to the STEX under his name
  15. Positive. I had it for a while, before I needed the hdd space. Here is the remnant of it but the pictures is all gone.
  16. I've got everything paeng had on his computer re SimCity and simpeg stuff when he left the community and there isn't a mega mall in the files .... are you sure about the creators name?
