my LE won't let me open it so I guess it won't show up in SC4 neither... I have bldgprop_vol1 in my prgfiles/sc4/plugins folder, what else am I missing ? any other landmarks ? i think i have all !

mm....meat processing...just need the increased crime rates. the creation of ultra low paid jobs and a high accident rate and we could invite ConAgra into Simcity...
