Nothing like a residential booster!

its aight. cupple of bugs, but you can't win em all

I've always tried looking for something to push my residential demand!

the residental is going up but my desirable of my commercials office is going red

Nice lot... a bit buggy, but works perfectly in all my cities, even in large ones. Seems to only affect R$$$, though. Just an observation: that's a good thing. Doesn't work well in my new ones, as it makes all my demand go full negative... weird. Still, very nice work. 10.

maybe this works in new cities but in my city of 300,000 it didn't help and my population went down by 40,000 overnight!

Thx Baco, but it doesn't work for me, even in new cities, I get a lot of unemployment and R and C demands plunge.

Not only did my CO$$$ demand sink to the bottom but my entire city is still a giant red zone for CO$$$ desirability 75 years after getting rid of it. If you use this, be careful. My nice suburban city with very high wealth is shot.

A cure for new cities and a posion for old cities, be carefull and not plop this lot in a old city because then it will die. Only way to fix it is to delete the city and start over again.

its works fine for my new and old cities both...............i couldnt find the difference may be i have RCI demand mod enabled.............thats why my commercial demands dont fall, but it affects little bit of commercial demand..........i guess.................but its a great stuff...............
