Hey, good try. But let's face it: this looks incredibly unoriginal, just two buildings combined in a, frankly, bad way. Put some effort in your lots, and let the comments stand--if we think your lot is good, we'll give good comments.
Nice lot... a bit buggy, but works perfectly in all my cities, even in large ones. Seems to only affect R$$$, though. Just an observation: that's a good thing. Doesn't work well in my new ones, as it makes all my demand go full negative... weird. Still, very nice work. 10.
Excellent toll booth... This'll help me rob my sims even better =D
One problem though, when I place this, the stretch of road I've placed it over no longer counts as road to nearby residental/commercial zones. It could be just my SC, as my computer is pretty buggy, but I doubt it.
