2 Lots included in this zip -- Both the same lot, but one is built from Ralphael's blank Army base and the other from a blank large police station, meaning you can dispatch police from it too.

Well, plop one of these babies in your city and have the elite fighting force of your city (No, not the army or the air force...) train for their operations.
What they train for is:
1) Entering barricaded buildings and storming the criminals inside.
2) Reclaim a skyscraper from terrorists and retrive hostages safely.
3. Train the bomb squad by using fake bombs in moving vans.
4. Prevent hijackers from taking off in planes.
Ya, they can't actually do all that stuff, but you can pretend they can!
