Effingham IL 1.0

Good to see something new here. The MEX has been boring lately. "Effingham" Now thats a cool name!

It was named for Lord Effingham of England who supported the cause of the Colonies in Parliment during the Revolutonary War.

Hey, I live in Teutopolis. What rivers are those? The Wabash and Salt Creek??

That is an excellent job for a very difficult region to model! Maybe now somebody should try for Decatur, IL - I have no mapmaking talent at all!

Man, the more I look at it the more it doesnt look like Effingham. Is this Effingham County or just the city area?

Wow, I know Effingham AND Teutopolis. Random little Illinois towns. Saying Effingham always makes me feel like I'm trying to swear. "Well, here we are in F'ingham again." Nice map.
