    Oh, I'm so ashamed! How could I trust the satellite data! It says that the difference between the lowest and the highest point on the map is just 199 meters. Stupid me! It's at least 700 meters (check the above CJ).

    Well, after I've found out the latitude and longitude of the city I went here: http://edcftp.cr.usgs.gov/pub/data/srtm/North_America_3arcsec/3arcsec/ and got all the DEM's.
