The scale is stright from a satellite, so not sure how it could be "way off". I put a little lake in the middle so if you start in the middle of Michigan, you ca build a nice little rich community there. :-)

The scale may be off a bit, but the depiction is incredible! I can only imagine how long it must have taked to draw that up. Great job!

haivng swam in Lake Lansing a Few times.. it's really not that big (the lake in the middle of the state).... But other than that your map is great...

IRL this map stretches from western Illinois to eastern Ontario - that's how the scale is off. :) nevertheless it's very pretty.

Well, I live right below the MI/IN border, near South Bend. The scale is off assuming you're converting from real life kilometers/miles to Simcity's appropiation of kilometeres, yes.
